    Irritability and anxiety on Testosterone

But having normal testicular size is the goal at least for me. If 200iu/week does the job I don’t see why inject more hcg.

New to TRT... so much to learn!

You’re only 39 years old so I’m sure your issues with libido will be sorted out. The fact that ED improved by controlling drinking it’s very positive. Your Dr seems to care and that’s another plus.

Testosterone and depression ..Dr. Mark Gordon

Since you can tell the difference between Pregnyl and the compounded version there must be one at least for you. That’s the bottom line.

Testosterone and depression ..Dr. Mark Gordon

In my case is a choice as I don’t want testicular atrophy at all. I’ve been on TRT for about 3 months now and I’m starting to notice changes on my testicles. My Dr is all for prescribing HCG but he asked me to wait till I saw signs of atrophy. I understand waiting as I was new to TRT and he...

Testosterone and depression ..Dr. Mark Gordon

Let us know how you feel upon withdrawal. Besides Pregnyl they manufacture HCG as a brand (that’s the brand name:HCG) Novarel I believe is another brand. GoodRx has those three listed as options in case you choose to go back and try branded options.

Lowest dose you have heard to achieve 1000 ng?

Good to know. True, it’s rather a conjecture from his side. The valid point is to maintain that function otherwise suppressed by exogenous Testosterone. Best if no sides are an outcome from adding hcg to the TRT protocol or at least those “unbearable” side effects.

ED vs EOD - Any difference?

My lab was taken 7 days after my last injection, I was injecting only once a week. My SHBG I don’t know what it is. I can’t access my labs online because I’m abroad and they blocked me. Likewise CVS.com won’t let me order refills “because I’m in a different country at the time”.
