TRT Numbers
Gels are known to increase DHT way more than with injections. DHT can be in 5000-8000 ranges in some cases on topicals while injections would see slightly out of ranges (100>) DHT can interfere with the prostate in aging men. I would highly recommend against using DHT blocker medicines!- Systemlord

This is opposite to how my body responds. I need those big fluctuations over the course of hours rather than days. I have two labs showing am and pm natural levels. My early morning TT 438 ng/dL, FT 8.4 ng/dL and late afternoon TT 103 ng/dL, FT 1.89. This is with a 33-37 SHBG level.- Systemlord

You're basically stating all over as far as dialing in your dosage/injection frequency. The strategy is experimentation to see what works best for you. This dialing in on cypionate could take 3-6 months.- Systemlord

You didn't seek out TRT for low numbers, you sought treatment for symptoms. Let's say SHBG is a transport molecule and that it activates T on receptor sites. You don't want to inject twice weekly or daily, so this is your position. It's 2025, Google is your friend...- Systemlord

You're waiting 3 months to do lab work and starting out on too low a dose. Steady states are achieved in 7 days, at which time levels are checked and adjusted.
