Using steroids at this young of an age, likely led to your issues, as the male endocrine reproductive system is not fully developed at a young age of 18. Is Fiber Really Essential?

You have to look at it in a simpler way. Fiber carries nutrients and amino acids and so does meat only meat does it better. There’s nothing that vegetables have that meat doesn’t and in fact, meat is more nutrient dense than any vegetable on earth. I’ve heard some members say that you need...

    Is Fiber Really Essential?

Thanks for the link to the YouTube video @FunkOdyssey. Too bad my video isn’t on YouTube. There’s this young woman at work that has terrible facial acne. I’ve been meaning to tell her what might be causing it, fiber. I hear so many stories of women going on the carnivore diet and their lifelong...

    Is Fiber Really Essential?

The key things people say about the carnivore diet is you get nutritional deficiencies. Theoretically a carnivore diet theoretically does provide all essential nutrients. You can’t say that of any plant food. There’s not a plant food on earth that provides all essential nutrients. Animal foods...

    22 yr Old Low E2, 0 Libido

It’s possible that you have an aromatase insufficiency, lacking enough enzymes needed to convert testosterone to estrogen. Before when you had a natural hormone production, your testicles were making estrogen as well as from aromatase. Now you’re just getting it from one source. It’s HCG or...

Strating hcg after being on trt 2 years

In the majority of cases, it is reversible. I was on TRT for eight years and came off and my testicles reached normal size within two weeks.

    High Testosterone, is this expected?

The skin on the testicles is six times thinner than that anywhere on the body. Scrotal applications give you the higher levels than anywhere else on the body. If you tested your DHT levels, they’ll be even higher. DHT levels can be in the several thousands.

    Starting TRT Soon

So we must create guidelines for everyone to cater to the minority? A 100 mg of testosterone cypionate per week protocol is a good starting point for anyone starting out on therapy. This typically achieves a midrange or slightly higher than midrange testosterone level, (excluding outliers) in...

High estradiol and SHBG 10wks into TRT (was high on enclomiphene too) - long winded post sorry.

Nothing is so one-sided in the hormone world. Response to an ester or delivery method is very individual and highly variable. Some men get much lower hormone levels on sub-Q, higher or lower estrogen, better or poor outcomes.

High estradiol and SHBG 10wks into TRT (was high on enclomiphene too) - long winded post sorry.

No, SHBG has no influence on how much testosterone you’re producing in the testicles. SHBG is made in the liver. Luteinizing hormone and the response by the testicles and the adrenal glands determines how much Free T you’re producing. Now androgens lower SHBG and estrogen increases SHBG...
