Low IGF-1 and a ruptured tendon - which peptide would be better?

I get why you'd no want to put that nasty tasting crap any where near your mouth (arginine) but I have found it far easier and with great results on powder citrulline and pycnogenol taken daily. Bulk powder L-Citrulline source for best price
Been using bulksupplements.com brand either from them or through Amazon. I usually buy the one kilo (2.2 Lbs) for around $35 bucks US. French maritime pine bark/Pycnogenol and Horny Goat weed Icariin options?

Sorry for the delay:I take two spoonfuls of L-Citrulline and one 60mg Pycnogenol a day - there is a study that I cannot find right now that I think had good results with greater doses but this really works well for me.- Bbobtucker

Neat, thanks. What doses where you consuming orally? I guess as with many things the availability of it via injection is superior to oral ingestion but it is a start I suppose. I seem to only find fat reduction articles when looking up injectables.- Bbobtucker
