    T + HCG + (FSH or HMG)?

Update, semen analysis came back as you would expect for someone on TRT for almost two years (even with hCG). I don’t have the paperwork here with me but suffice to say my sperm count was close to 0. My doctor is sending an HMG prescription to Empower. I will take my HCG and test in conjunction...

    Delayed Orgasm Caused By Cialis?

i remember hearing somewhere that cialis has a mild anti-estrogenic effect. Could be the issue?

Need help, getting worse by the day I feel

Go ahead and post. Very happy things are working great for you on clomid only. Have you stayed on the whole 18 months? If so, I wouldn’t even consider TRT as you’re able to just use your body’s own production.

How can I increase my IGF-1?

I believe L-Arginine is a precursor of IGF-1, though I’m not positive. I’m sure someone will come in and clear that up.

TRT shuts down urination almost completely within 48 hours?

Personally, I would go to the hospital with this one, without delay.

    So I tried daily injections...

Dailies lowered my SHBG (28 to 14) and raised E2 as well.

    T + HCG + (FSH or HMG)?

I’m making an assumption right now, I went to the lab for a semen analysis a few days ago. From what I’ve seen in other posts, hCG alone (especially low dose) usually doesn’t preserve fertility. I guess I’ll know for sure soon. I can’t get the prescription until those results are in, any way.

    T + HCG + (FSH or HMG)?

My NP is giving me the option of HMG or FSH. I already take about 500iu of HCG per week (split into two, any more aromatizes). Any reason to go for FSH over the HMG....cost, effect?

DIM + Calcium D-Glucarate VS AI

Yeah try Zinc. If you take it often you may have to add in a copper supplement as well, but I never took it regularly. I can get low E symptoms (sore joints, ED) if I take it every day.

    Can’t get balanced

I also felt my best on T-only, but recently have started with 250iu of hCG twice per week for the same reasons. I just couldn’t get used to the feeling of having an empty sack. Two weeks in and my boys have come back a good bit, but I’ve also experienced a little facial flushing, hopefully this...

Low SHBG guys. Will increasing injection frequency make any difference?

When I switched my injections to every day it cut my SHBG in half from 28 to 14. Now this well could be a case of correlation =/= causation, but I hadn’t changed up anything else at the time. I’m back on 2x week now and prefer this.

Zero Libido & Fatigue- High E2 Symptoms?

Those are very typical high E2 symptoms. I’m constantly sleepy and also moody with high E2. Plus no sex drive. Sounds about right to me. I had nothing but E2 issues on Clomid. Don’t think I made it past the two week mark.

Daily Sustanon - The Best Results Yet

I don’t have any experience with Sustanon, but regarding daily injection i believe a number of us have found that it helps to keep a lower dose. The body seems to need less test when on daily injections. When I was doing 20mg of T Cyp everyday (along with hCG eod) my TT was over 1400 and I...

DIM + Calcium D-Glucarate VS AI

I felt awful on DIM. Something akin to depression but extremely “blah”. I have tried CDG before but before I was on TRT. I highly recommend Zinc as an AI before going the pharmaceutical route.

Has anyone tried adding FSH to their protocol?

Update: My new NP (who is amazing btw) gave me an order for a semen analysis and pending on results said she’d be fine with prescribing FSH or HMG. I guess I need to figure out who has good quality HMG or FSH for a reasonable price.

Has anyone tried adding FSH to their protocol?

I see now that they always seem to add HCG as well as the FSH.

Taking Testosterone with High Lipids level

It’s also important to know that I travel quite a bit and many times just end up having to eat whatever I can get my hands on. As well as the fact that I sometimes drink like a fish. So I’m not the beacon of health that some people on this forum are. I’m 38, 5’10, 215lbs.

Taking Testosterone with High Lipids level

I brought my total T down. There’s no way I would get on a cholesterol medication, I would just reverse what caused the cholesterol problem, in this case the T dose. I will say from a bystanders viewpoint that you are starting at a high dose of T if you are indeed trying to play it safe. But...

Taking Testosterone with High Lipids level

I don’t have exact numbers; but both HDL and LDL were midway in the healthy range and after 6 months of TRT they were both out of range. That was taking 20mg of test cyp ED and a pretty big dose of hCG. I think 1000iu EOD. My first protocol was aggressive lol.

It did raise mine, but i was taking too much at the beginning and my TT was over 1400.

Cypionate EOD vs twice a week: E2 vs T peak

I had no issues switching from EOD to 2x a week. I’m a low SHBG guy. I also stopped hCG altogether to avoid any E2 issues, but just started 250iu x2 a week again to bring back the boys a little. FWIW I feel better on 2x a week. Try it out.

    IM Quad Injections

TRT has not been good to me.

Cialis works for me in a matter of hours. I can’t take much, or I’ll get some serious flushing/redness/headaches. It’s kind of crazy that your E2 will get up to 60 without AI; but as you said you didn’t get the sensitive test so who knows what it really was. As some have suggested, I would...
