Still no further forward on trt

Why did you make a second post? Sounds like you are using lots of supplements. If so, there are too many variables in play. Dial in your T levels first and then worry about the rest

    Natesto Success Stories

I have experimented quite a bit with Natesto and the much cheaper Empower nasal gel. See links below. In summary, it looks great on paper, but results were just OK. I find it hard to imagine using this stuff for the next 20 years. To each his own...

Tips on how to blend propionate with enanthate (or cypionate)?

@Cataceous is the man to listen to on the blends. When I test different blend ratios, I always keep it simple by injecting separately with two different syringes usually for 1-2 weeks just to get feel of it. Bit of a pain, but not that bad. Once satisfied, I blend up a batch using a sterile...

Issues with cypionate causing heart pounding

Sorry I meant to say my "first" year of TRT. Yes, am still on TRT, but at much lower dose. Currently between 6-7mg per day.

Issues with cypionate causing heart pounding

This is the balancing act with TRT. I would love to be on higher T dose, but trade-off is not worth it.

Issues with cypionate causing heart pounding

I experienced the same during my year of TRT as have others on this forum. It is usually dose dependent. Mine went away as soon as I lowered the dose. Your daily dose looks reasonable. Maybe test whether dose is the driver by reducing dose to 7mg daily and see what happens?

Has anyone gone from T transdermal compounded cream to injections?

Interesting to see the injectable base + cream in action. What do you feel are the benefits? Sorry if I missed an earlier thread, but what do your numbers look like on this protocol?

Has anyone gone from T transdermal compounded cream to injections?

If this forum is any indication, the vast majority of guys who start with or later try cream eventually return to injections for a variety of reasons. As @Fortunate mentioned, one hybrid approach is to establish base with low dose injectable and then top-off with dab of cream for some daily...

2 years of insomnia on Test C- various dosages

Definitely morning for Prop-only. I eventually switched to blend of Enan/Prop to even out the ride with some experimentation involving straight Enan low dose. https://www.excelmale.com/forum/threads/test-results-for-8mg-daily-blend-enan-prop.27084/

2 years of insomnia on Test C- various dosages

I figured the same and tried that strategy with Prop last year. End result was even worse early morning awakening than before similar to what Cat had commented. But you never know until you experiment!

Should I start TRT? Dr says yes but not sure

Just to clarify, the only forms of fast acting T that do not shut down internal production are nasal gel/cream (Natesto or Empower) and troches (which @readalot has commented on before). Unfortunately Testogel and other transdermal creams linger too much in your system and therefore shutdown HPTA

6 months into TRT - minimal effects - no libido - thinking of stopping?

It's positive that you making honest assessment of the situation. Lack of T was never your issue with those numbers. If it were me, I would quit cold turkey, power through couple of rough weeks, and let the natural production bounce back. Then start looking elsewhere for root of your problem...

    T Propionate protocol

Did you find out from Empower pharmacist the reason why Enanthate only contains benzyl alcohol, but no benzoate like Prop?

My first experience with hcg was heaven. Problem i can't replicate first experience

Lower your daily dose for sure. Prop has much higher peak than either Cyp/Enan. It can be bit of a rough ride because of the peaks and valleys which is why some guys guys blend prop and enanthate
