    New guy with Estradiol question/problem

Depending on your body composition, I have seen some people unable to fully reach the muscle with a 1" when injecting the glute, you might want to consider a 1.5". Also, have you tried Vitamin D and DIM to your regimen and see if that helps? Something to consider before you start playing with...

How much lab work timing matters

Hang in there brother and you're welcome. Take and track some measurements, get a good set of calipers, and calculate fat weight and Lean Body weight, that's what you want to watch, not all weight is bad weight.

How much lab work timing matters

I'm not familiar with you or your case, but I can tell you that when I started it took my body time to adjust and my BP, HR, water weight, and regular weight went up all up. I upped my cardio, shed some of the water and felt much better. Keep us posted on those labs.

28 Male with thyroid and low T , need advice

You sir need a consult from a MD who specializes in this, if not with us than at least someone. At 28 I am surprised they didn't look at your LH response to GnRH, or do an FSH/LH, did they mention those to you at any point? Did they put you on Vitamin D? So. Many. Questions. -Scott Telthera

Low SHBG: T Gel along with Injected T has Helped Somewhat

I would absolutely love to read that. Also, has anyone with low SHBG on here tried pellet therapy? It isn't my go to, not by a long shot, but it would eliminate a lot of the peak and valley problem as well as introduce a way for the patient to control their dosing gently (increase metabolic...

How much lab work timing matters

Depends on if you're trying to ascertain what your levels are in a peak or a trough. If it were me, I would wait, conventional wisdom says to do the draw at the lowest point, as that is typically when you're most symptomatic. What kind of symptoms and when are you experiencing them?

Metformin may work by changing gut bacteria makeup

Very interesting that you saw an improvement, the typical patient sees new onset GI symptoms such as flatulence and bloating. Perhaps your symptoms were caused by a bacteria which was over run and eradicated by the new fauna from the metformin and the new fauna wasn't as poorly received by your...

This is the status quo attitude about half life

Small study using enanthate, but does a good job of showing how and why this is bogus... I also feel like I've seen this topic beaten to death on this forum. Lay persons and providers alike forget that sometimes it's not what you put in or how it behaves chemically, but how your body uses it and...

    DHEA Question

Consider your whole health, and quality of life, not just your lab work, particularly when you're within normal limits. Are you feeling good? Then you might not want to play with DHEA as some people experience unwanted side effects. Are you feeling bad? Are you sure it's a symptom that can be...

    New guy with Estradiol question/problem

Is it just the 100mg every week? Which esther (Cyp/Enan/Prop)? Which oil is it dissolved in (Cotton seed, Sesame, Grape)? What length needle are you using and which injection site? What else are you taking? Does he/she have you on anything else? Are you taking any supplements on your own...
