How quickly does E2 drop after lowering test dose?

sometimes lower more frequent injections accomplish this but also depends on your SHBG and AI can lower HDL.

How quickly does E2 drop after lowering test dose?

yeah I didn't mean skip a whole week just one injection 60mg and if your at 1500 total test before I wouldn't think you would crash but I would like to hear some more experienced members thoughts on this, if you are having signs of gyno I would take the AI though.

Do low SHBG/fast metabolizers/excreaters get full benefits from their dose?

sorry for the hard times, just a thought but 50mg of test prop ED seems like a high dose and might lead to more estrogen conversion which some men are more sensitive to.

How quickly does E2 drop after lowering test dose?

4-6 weeks for levels to stabilize. I'm wondering if skipping one injection might speed up that process. IMHO 160mg is a good starting point but there are a lot of variables to consider like SHBG which can change when you start TRT and everyone is different as and example 60mg 3x a week(180mg...

No problem I seen that as well and agree it is a possibility he is primary and if so clomid wouldn't help but considering where his free testosterone was and the lack of SHBG test and considering his age I thought it was something he should have retested and look into to see if it was a...

    Some advice please!

you might be a anastrozole over responder you might do better with lower more frequent doses of the AI say .125 2x a week VS .25 once. you could also try lowering your HCG dose or a lower more frequent injection protocol and try and eliminate the AI altogether.

Amphetamines/Adderall lower testosterone by increasing cAMP in the local testicle tissue. I believe this also caused me to go threw an abnormal puberty when I was younger. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC1909523/

Odd Drop in Free/Total Test while on TRT

My urologist made the comment that its seems harder to raise testosterone levels in people on opioids/pain killers so I would assume other medications could have a similar effect.
