I had the same experience when I started TRT. It was more like a sudden strong brief contraction of the muscle. It was not long lasting like a real cramp and was not really uncomfortable. These contractions stopped after about a year on TRT. I am now on TRT for over 3 years.

My experience is that after the first time I tried Trimix it was so great that I never had sex without it. But I was 62 when I first tried it. Sounds like you have a confidence issue - performance anxiety. Trimix would easily overcome that.

No. I'm speaking as a 10-year user. Stimulation helps somewhat, but only by a little. If your dose in not enough to make you hard without stimulation, it won't do much an hour later even with stimulation.

I inject both trimix and testosterone SQ. Trimix injections are less uncomfortable than TRT as long as you know where to inject - near the base, not near the head. The results are amazing (and I'm 73 years old).
