I need some serious help with ED

The only thing I can think of that would make that stack stronger would be yohimbine, which can have some harsh side effects in terms of anxiety, insomnia, increased heart rate and blood pressure. I would just get some tri-mix if I were you. Once you get over the injection fear, which only...

I need some serious help with ED

Yes, it works amazingly well with no side effects. The PDE5 inhibitors work fine for me, but I got sick of the GERD, stuffy nose and headaches. I actually use Bi-mix, because it doesn't need to be refrigerated and Tri-Mix often lasts too long (3+ hours).

Fellas and Ladies I need some advice

If you've reached the point where your girl is actually coming out and verbally saying that you need to take the lead, you are deep into simp territory and you need to course correct. In this example, it is up to you to propose somewhere to go. She'll either agree with your idea, or say she's...

    Supraphysiologic testosterone (350 mg weekly)

Dutasteride sure as hell isn't going to help someone dealing with depression, anxiety, low libido and lack of energy. At least you are consistent though: whenever you are at a fork in the road, where you can accept some risks and some harm to potentially improve your looks, you say, "yes please!"

    Supraphysiologic testosterone (350 mg weekly)

Yes, in most cases it wears off. It's called the honeymoon period, and it occurs because your brain is being flooded with dopamine beyond what you're used to. Eventually, your dopamine receptors downregulate - the brain will only permit you to feel hypomanic for so long before it tries to return...

    Supraphysiologic testosterone (350 mg weekly)

Nothing happened immediately so you must be immune to side effects, is that your reasoning here? Can you see me shaking my head through the Internet?

    Supraphysiologic testosterone (350 mg weekly)

There's an interesting chicken-or-the-egg question here. You might think that men who want to trade their well-being for unnatural size and aesthetics are dumb to begin with, and perhaps that is partially true, but I know some very intelligent men who have made that decision. More likely I...

    Supraphysiologic testosterone (350 mg weekly)

You're planning a dose that is well beyond what is likely to be helpful for mental health. Picture an inverted U curve, where the Y axis is well-being and X axis is testosterone dose. 350 mg is almost certainly on the declining side of that inverted U. That's a dose where men are intentionally...

    Subq Pain

Switch to shallow IM. Sounds like you're trying to inject more volume than you can handle with subq.

What would you do? HCT vs. BP

I would rather have thicker blood with lower BP. High BP is a well-documented killer, while the high hematocrit might be associated with a high blood viscosity or it might not, depending on levels of inflammation and other individual factors. But again, I truly believe it is possible for you to...

What would you do? HCT vs. BP

Yes, from a compounding pharmacy. It will be harder to get than cypionate but probably worth the trouble for you.

What would you do? HCT vs. BP

Neither, switch to prop and break out of this false dichotomy you've created here. I predict you'll see lower HCT despite higher peak free T and E2 with prop, less water retention, lower BP.

Ran out of wife's testosterone-can she use mine?

It's fine. Buying teeny-tiny vials of testosterone dosed for women is a huge waste of money as a consumer, or cash cow for the clinic, depending on whose side you're on. I've been giving my wife my testosterone for at least a year now. Just make sure you have 0.3 ml size syringes so you have...

    Dosage recommendations when switching esters.

I would suggest a starting dose of 20 mg ED, which should land pretty close to the testosterone content of 160 mg weekly Cypionate. I would also suggest you work up to that dose gradually over a couple weeks, unless you don't mind going very high with your levels in the beginning. Maybe start at...

Switched to testosterone cream and was suprised at my blood e2 reading!

That almost sounds kind of reasonable after your explanation. I doubt hCG at a dose that doesn't completely suppress LH will do anything useful, but I could be wrong. You'll find out conclusively by doing it, which is how you'll learn everything else, with prop, cream, etc. Not to be too...

Switched to testosterone cream and was suprised at my blood e2 reading!

You've been exhaustively picking our brains for maybe a couple years, and you are just now about to start an hCG mono protocol at a strangely low dose? You must have a raging case of analysis paralysis! How did you arrive at hCG mono and that particular dose?

Switched to testosterone cream and was suprised at my blood e2 reading!

What are you doing for a protocol these days forty? I want to ask you forty questions about it in rapid succession.

Switched to testosterone cream and was suprised at my blood e2 reading!

The context we are missing is how long you've been on this protocol. Regardless, if you are feeling good, and key indicators like erections and libido are good, you would be crazy to adjust this protocol on the basis of an E2 lab number. As others have said, there are mitigating factors that...

Hesitating on TRT, Does Anyone Have Regrets?

The free T is just shy of the "official" hypogonadal threshold set by multiple endocrinology associations of 65 pg/mL. If you've looked into this even superficially, you already know this is the better measurement of your testosterone status vs total T. This seems like an absolute no brainer to...

DHT: How High is Too High

This has been tested before, and the answer is yes, at least somewhat. If you can get the full text of this study, you'll have more details on just how suppressive DHT was. I would be most interested in the serum level of DHT produced and how that relates to suppression, because I don't know how...

DHT: How High is Too High

I think you will have a better outcome in terms of symptoms and overall well-being by boosting E2 than inhibiting 5-alpha reductase. The ratio is important here, and raising the E2 side would be less likely to cause adverse effects in my opinion. Injectable estradiol or hCG (hardly a...

DHT: How High is Too High

Feels great acutely in terms of increased drive and libido. I haven't been able to take it long term because high DHT somehow gives me gastritis, but I saw a trend towards mood and libido worsening as I stayed on it longer, similar to effects I've had with DHT derivatives.

DHT: How High is Too High

I had more hair loss on higher dose test prop (25-30 mg daily), than on 20 mg prop with pure DHT added in top via gel which raised my DHT over 300 ng/dL. The pure DHT is a great way to experiment with this in a more controlled fashion.

DHT: How High is Too High

It would vary with the tissue. No doubt higher serum DHT has CNS effects that are subjectively obvious; bone is another tissue directly affected by serum DHT in an animal model: https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/8756328296001354 The prostate is your prototypical...

DHT: How High is Too High

The mechanism is conversion of testosterone to DHT by 5-alpha reductase within the scalp tissue. Some evidence to support the concept that serum DHT is not meaningful for hair loss compared to locally produced DHT: topical 5-alpha reductase inhibitors applied to the scalp are able to produce...

    Nandrolone (Deca) Base TRT Trial

I'm pretty good. I've been doing somewhere around 20 mg test prop daily for quite awhile, with occasional experiments thrown in. I'm in the middle of quitting coffee for the 10th time so currently feeling garbage, but normally I feel pretty good on that dose of prop. I never did try the dht...

    Nandrolone (Deca) Base TRT Trial

I know you ran a sort of TRT+ protocol for a long time, using a test enanthate base and smaller complimentary doses of deca and primo. It seems like you ran that for years if I'm not mistaken. How does your current deca base with a small dose of test prop compare to your old TRT+ protocol?

DHT: How High is Too High

DHT in the scalp, not DHT in the serum - discussed further in this post: https://www.excelmale.com/threads/maximus-native-t-gel-vs-oral.31660/post-296255 You spiked your free T quite high by adding cream on top of your existing injection protocol.

DHT: How High is Too High

You added cream on top of your injections - did you reduce your injection dose? I would suggest the increased free T was primarily responsible for your hair loss, not the DHT.

Maximus Native T: Gel vs Oral

You don't want to run cream EOD - levels would be terrible on the second day. Forget about SHBG when the goal is increased free testosterone. It is a common misconception that SHBG is causing your free T to be lower than it would otherwise be. You increase free T by increasing your rate of...

Maximus Native T: Gel vs Oral

First, oral testosterone produces supraphysiologic serum DHT levels just like topical TRT. However, elevated serum levels of DHT don't usually translate to increased hair loss like you might expect. In androgen-sensitive tissues like the skin, prostate, etc, the primary source of DHT continues...
