I do and have for sometime experienced some anxiety although I think much of it is being caused from the crash of my sexual functions. I went through a period of poor sleep quality a few weeks ago but the past few days have been better. Brain fog is something that seems to come and go. Sometimes...

    Please review my Lab Results

Thanks for sharing this. I've heard this before. The difference for me is that everything has been fine for 4 years. I doesn't mean that my dosage isn't too high but I have been reluctant to mess with it because it has worked well for me for such a long time.

    Please review my Lab Results

In the past I have had people ask me why I am/was on such a high dose of Test C and why I don't lower it. I think this is a good question and after thinking about it for awhile here is the reason why. My PCP who is not real knowledgeable in TRT, but seems to tolerate my desire to do this...

    Please review my Lab Results

Thank you for your input and I agree. The puzzling thing to me is why my libido crashed after 4 years with no changes to my protocol. I've gone from having sex 3 or 4 times a week to having just about no interest in sex or women. All related sexual functions have also nose dived. I have been...

    Please review my Lab Results

Systemlord, Thank you for your reply. Therein lies the rub as they say and the source of my confusion. I looked at the lab numbers posted by a well known and well respected member of this forum; Vince. Here are the lab numbers he posted in April 9, 2022: ### My protocol, same as last labs. 16...

    Why does this happen?

I've spent a lot of hours the past few weeks reading posts on this site as well as others. Something that I have found curious is the number of men who develop libido and sexual function issues after being on a testosterone protocol (with no changes) for months and sometimes for years! Many of...

That's why I am asking for input on an AI. I am thinking about trying .1mg/wk to start to see how it goes. I am not interested in using too much AI and crashing my E2.

HCG as monotherapy due to high hematocrit

Yes. I have used 80mg E3.5D for the past 4 years. I recently dropped it to 60mg E3.5D because I may having some issues with elevated E2. I may end up dropping it some more if I can't get my E2 under control.

Please correct me if I am wrong. My understanding is that guys who use HCG lower their Test C to correct any rise in E2 caused by the increase from HCG.

I do not know. That's why I am asking you guys what you think. The anecdotal evidence that I have seen on this forum leads me to believe that it works for some guys. Is it worth trying? If I try it what do I have to lose... downside?

How about if I drop my Test C accordingly to compensate for the HCG increase?

HCG as monotherapy due to high hematocrit

When my hematocrit hit 54 I asked my PCP if I should donate blood. He said no, just take a baby aspirin everyday. I did what he said and it fixed my problem. My hematocrit has stayed below 50 for the past 2+ years. ... probably won't work for everyone.

I am hoping that you guys will give me some feedback on my current labs. Protocol: I have used 80mg of Test C E3.5D (mono) for the past 4 years. I am prescribed 5mg of Tadalafil and 4mg of Terazosin daily for BPH. I also take a bunch of other supplements and amino acids every day. During this...

Testosterone No Good After 28 Days???

1ml vials are single use vials as per the enclosed instruction sheet. The pharmacy I use tried to give me 10 1ml vials once when they were out of 10ml vials and wanted to charge me twice as much as the 10ml vials. I told them no thanks and waited while they ordered more of the 10ml vials. My PCP...

Is Testosterone to Estradiol Ratio Important in Men?

Thank you for your reply Vince. Can high E2 also cause libido and sexual functions to crash? I am waiting for the rest of my labs to come in but I do know that my sensitive E2 came back at 58 (I've never had the sensitive test done before). I am 70 years old. I've been on Test C (mono) for 4...

Is Testosterone to Estradiol Ratio Important in Men?

Hey Vince, I am so confused about this whole E2 vs. T/E2 ratio thing. I am hoping you can help me understand this. So, if your TT is 1118 and your E2 is 19.8, is that a good thing or a bad thing? The reason I ask is because it would seem that your T/E2 ration would be something like 56.5! Is...

HCG or . . .No HCG?

Maybe you could start slow and work your way up so that your body can adjust. But, if your T and E2 are increasing along with the HCG then I would think that has to be compensated for somehow, eh?

    The metabolic role of prolactin

I had my prolactin level checked and it turned out that it is not high. I will have to search elsewhere to find the cause of my current issue. My prolactin test results: 9.3 ng/mL ... Well within in the range of 2.0 ng/mL - 18.0 ng/mL.
