I've recently noticed the exact opposite. Low carb diets make me crazy... crazy high energy, anxiety, heart rate, insomnia, etc, but my brain works too well lol.
Right on. Also, lunesta isn't a benzo and hasn't caused me any issues like tolerance or craving. I was addicted to benzos for years so I'm careful about that. Lunesta doesn't feel anything like Xanax, or anything else I abused like crazy. On the other hand, I'm not promoting lunesta use...
I know your not asking me, but I take 5k iu vit D3 with 180mcg k2 mk7 and doing OK with that. Every time I go up to 7500iu alternating with 5k iu every other day, I get issues again.
Well, I gave up on mag citrate back when everything was a problem. Today is day 1 reintroducing it since I'm pretty stable and sleeping well. What's weird is I used it for a solid year with no issues.
Hydroxocobalamin gives my anxiety, methyl is like amphetamine (in a bad way), and adeno...
I have the COMT mutations and can only tolerate cyanocobalamin. 23andme didn't test gad1 so I have no idea about that one. Frustrating.
I can't tolerate those forms of magnesium either. I'm slowly trying to work back in mag citrate, but I also eat a lot of pumpkin seeds for magnesium also...
Any idea what your D level got up to? Were you taking magnesium with it? Maybe 10k iu was too much for you, in addition to not balancing magnesium?
I know exactly how that feels about reacting to everything also...I was reacting to even eating certain foods, particularly veggies and eggs. I...
I know exactly how you feel being stuck and scared to trying anything new...but it was worth it. I'm still coming out of it, but so much better then I was...I just had to take that next step out of faith (for me, trust that God was going to take care of the rest).
Otherwise...
Rotating lemon...
Lol I know exactly the feeling of anxiety about trying things for anxiety, but it works pretty well. But I was also just suggesting it to block the thyroid receptors to see if that helps. I'm not a doctor, but saying the ft3 test is unreliable...? Lol
Otherwise, some of your symptoms could...
If you really think the ft3 is an issue, you could try a few weeks of daily lemon balm...it blocks thyroid activity. Also, have you started taking vitamin d3 yet? Your levels are really low...
So the family and I will be going on a road trip soon, and there will be days where my testosterone vials will be sitting in the car for a full 8 hours while we're exploring amusement parks and such. Is there any issue with this? If so, any tips to deal with it? Would it be better for it to be...
Gotcha. I have no idea...I've had bizarre muscle pains like that but from overmethylation, not necessarily from creatine (although whenever I used it when I was overmethylated, I was extra achy and up ALL night).
Edit: small doses of creatine also give me side effects.
Well, I haven't changed much else, but continued this 500mg calcium ascorbate vitamin C twice per day. And still wake up at 1am or so to pee, but fall back asleep twice on average, sleeping until 4:30am. So, about 7 hours total last night.
How much vitamin C do you take per day? For years, I took 6g and slowly went down over the years, but this past week was only getting 200mg or so, then the real sleep problems at 3am started. Last night took an extra 500mg before bed and at least was able to fall back asleep a few times. I'm...
Been stuck awake since 3:30am the past 3 days now and it's getting to me. Been at 7 to 8mg for about a week...will try 6 to 7mg. Hoping that's all it is.
I should've also aid I was on hydrocortisone at 20-30mg daily for several years, then I moved and found a new endo that took me off it and my levels went up to "normal". I've had covid and flu and stuff since coming off and plenty of other stressors that haven't put me in adrenal crisis, so I...
No, not much change and I never had low body temp until I started messing with methylated vitamins. At this point, I'm staying on the thyroid medicine because I've been on it so long that I'm sure my natural production is gone.
