Where to get HCG prescription filled?

No, it doesn't make sense. I don't care if he's a doctor or not, I'd tell him to stick 10000 iu of HCG a week where the sun doesn't shine. And 3MG of anastrozole? That's about right for a meathead running a very heavy cycle of testosterone and dbol . I can't think of any alternate...

    Nandrolone Experiences

Given that much of the theory on why modern men's t levels are dropping is based on the fact that there are so many estrogen-like substances in our environment (more than ever) I can't imagine that yet another cousin of estrogen is something we want in excess.

    Nandrolone Experiences

I think this goes back to what Dr. Saya was saying about synthetic vs bioidentical hormones. Because something can stimulate a receptor doesn't mean it has the same effects as a bioidentical hormone.

Low cortisol levels (adrenal exhaustion) vs. low calories and starvation mode

If you've dieted for 30 years, I'd say eat more calories for a month and see what happens. No blood testing required. 1540 is at least a 20% deficit for a sedentary person of your size- that's a looooow amount of calories for someone lifting 5 days a week, so I whole heartedly agree that you're...

My Testosterone levels are good but my sexual performance is less than what is was in the past.

I know it's not the answer you want to hear, but you might need to look into counseling for sex addiction, not testosterone or HCG or anything else. We're all men here and we just about all want more sex, but... this is next level. You're in something like the 99.999999th percentile here.

My Testosterone levels are good but my sexual performance is less than what is was in the past.

I'll tell you the problem: God only gives us one dick, and you already used yours up @ 3-5 times a day. Like, wow Scoob! All kidding aside... your TRT protocol just doesn't match up to what most of us would expect to see. 200mg a week at your SHBG should have your free and total t higher than...

TRT and working out. Benefits start at what point if any?

Statistically, it means that 99% of men your age would have a testosterone level lower than you. That's not a bad thing and it's not anything that should scare you away. But to your question about working out- honestly, you should be anyway, regardless of whether you're doing TRT or not. Weight...

First ever ED issues....1900 total test

Don't beat yourself up over it. Those are all perfectly good reasons to try TRT, but it's not a cure all- it'd be inhuman to not be grouchy after a particularly shitty day or trouble focusing when you're stressed or overworked. I don't think you should necessarily discontinue if you don't want...

    Belly fat wont go away

Well... I would first encourage you to start a fresh thread. There's a lot to discuss in your case, and seeing as how the last entry to this thread was over 18 months ago, you'll probably get better results from a fresh post. But to give a quick answer, have you considered giving keto and fasted...

First ever ED issues....1900 total test

I'd kinda do something in between. If it were me, I'd drop to 140mg a week of test and drop the AI completely until the flag is flying at full mast again. Three 1mg tabs of anastrozole is a HUGE amount, and your symptoms and test results indicate that's way too much for you! Anecdotally, when I...

    Dr Edward Litchten treatment protocol

I'm not sure, honestly. It was something I heard the Doc say on the radio. He's adamant that pellet therapy is great, has been doing low t for a long time and this is the best thing ever, etc. The radio show host is a patient of his and he has him on every now and then to discuss mens health. I...

    E2 sweet spot, it's a ratio

Hard to do without ranges. I don't recognize the free T test that goes that high as being from LabCorp or Quest. Is that a Tru-T value? Anyhow- please consider starting a fresh post for this, but in general, if you feel good those numbers are nothing to cause you concern, although your E2 does...

    Weird blood test results

When I started DHEA, Defy told me it was to decrease SHBG. I've never looked deeply into it, but if it does indeed lower SHBG (which it doesn't appear you had tested), I'd postulate that with lower SHBG you're "burning through" both estradiol and testosterone quicker than you used to and could...

    Dr Edward Litchten treatment protocol

I can't find the name(s), but there's a couple doctors that specialize in testosterone pellets for men in Houston. One does an hour spot on a local radio show like every six months or something. Anyways, in the interview I heard, the doctor recommended getting a patient "dialed in" in...

Treating high RT3 with T3. How much is too much?

I honestly didn't even *realize* it was mcg instead of mg until you just said it! I had to go on the Empower site to check! That's a big ol' capsule absolutely full of something, I don't know what, to only hold 15mcg of medicine. Makes me wonder what all the filler is.

Where to get HCG prescription filled?

You've got it. For men on TRT just trying to maintain their hormone pathways, 6000 IU is typically the largest size distributed simply because that about the most you'll use in a month.

    E2 sweet spot, it's a ratio

Well, again... Let's not go with a one size fits all approach. You've concluded that E2: SHBG isn't the ratio to look at for you...that doesn't mean it isn't the right thing to look at for others. E2:SHBG has been the biggest revelation in TRT for me, personally.

Just for reference, when I started cytomel through Defy, they sent me a weeks worth of 5mg, a weeks of 10mg, and then a bottle of 15mg caps to get me started, with instructions to titrate up to 25mg caps as required. I've stayed at 15mg so far but I have blood work due in a couple weeks and will...

    Question about Lab work quality

So first, Defy primarily uses LabCorp. I use my HSA, so I can't help you on insurance processing, but I think you'd have to pay for it and then submit it yourself to your insurance for reimbursement. If you have a full set of labs from Quest and they're recent enough, Defy will accept them in...

    Hcg yes or no

"Necessary"? No. There's plenty of men who don't use it and even those that tried it and hated how it made them feel, for that matter. Personally, I couldn't care less about fertility- I'm in it for the other benefits. We still don't know how every hormone works and interacts with everything...

My Concerns With TRT, Erectile Dysfunction, And Overall Well Being

Well, someone is going to say it, so it might as well be me: you need a full set of blood work for us (or anyone else) to be of much help. Test results after 6 weeks

This is potentially dangerous advice to give out to everyone. In *some* men, the T/E ratio is a good indicator to look at; in others that over-respond initially to TRT (like myself), it's better to pay attention to E2 to SHBG. I absolutely HATE the way I feel when my e2 climbs above 35 and...

    Target T levels & Defy

See, that's what drives me crazy is all the GD conversions. So I was at 32.97 ng/dl, which translates to 329.7 pg/mL. The LabCorp test is in pg/mL not ng/DL, the Tru-T calculator gives results in nMol/L and ng/dL. BAAAAGH. So again, unless I'm doing this wrong, Tru-T suggests that I should have...

    E2 sweet spot, it's a ratio

here's me playing my broken record again: try DIM also. DIM helps get estrogen out of your system, while AI slows the aromatization. Two very different processes. The combination of both DIM and AI is the only thing that worked for me when I had E2 problems.
