I should also add that I have been feeling great but need to give this much more time to deem it successful. I've had peaks and valleys trying to dial in - this has just been the longest consecutive successful run so I think I am in the right direction at least.

I use a 30g pin. Hard to say on the differences between cypionate and propionate for me because my dosage changed at the same time. For now, I'm going to stick with Prop.

I do it in the morning either after contact or plan for no contact for at least 2 hours after.

I mainly inject in my glutes. I inject HCG in my stomach but when I inject Test in my stomach it gets irritated and creates a lump. This was with cypionate as well. I don't experience any injection pain from propionate.

Yes, I've actually been doing this for a while. I do think it helps me but I've been up and down on higher doses of Test while using the cream. It definitely boosts my DHT.

I guess the main thing I am looking for guidance on is if Total T matters for low SHBG guys that have higher Free T? If ones Free T is on the higher end, are you losing anything just because Total T is lower?

I should've clarified that this was an ultra sensitive LC/MS test from Mayo. I've never not drawn a sensitive test (I've used 2 top well known docs in this arena). I'm not sure why the range is 10-40 but it is sensitive.

UPDATE - I have now switched to Bi-Mix and have had great and consistent results of a 1.5 hr erection at 6 units after roughly 10 uses. I guess I had a very sensitive response to Alprostadil (PGE1). I wanted to update on case anyone else out there had a similar response to Trimix.

Interesting, I didn't know that AI lowers Free T. With my low SHBG, I guess that hasn't been an issue for me. Is your current protocol working for you?
