Most guys on trt doses do not require an AI. Starting at 200 a week seems high. 100 a week is better to start with. AI have bad side affects. Better to adjust dose and lose body fat to control elevated estrogen.

No one knows this stuff for sure. You need to start eliminating things you are taking other than the t injections . Except for cialis. I have no Ed. I take no ai. No hcg. No dhea even though am low normal. Just t injections and daily cialis like you.
