Trans scrotal testosterone cream application is a game changer

I (kind of) agree that three days is insignificant. But, I think waiting six weeks for labs is more applicable to esterified forms of testosterone with long half lives. Cream has a quick onset and short half life. That said, three days is by no means 5-6 half lives it might take to reach a...

Trans scrotal testosterone cream application is a game changer

So, I have never pulled labs while on cream. Finally I went ahead and got some labs. Was on cream for about three days and felt absolutely horrendous the whole time. Thought it would be useful to see what my labs look like while feeling like this. Long story short, free testosterone was a touch...

PATIENT SATISFACTION WITH ORAL TESTOSTERONE UNDECANOATE IN TESTOSTERONE-DEFICIENT MEN WITH PREVIOUS TESTOSTERONE THERAPY

I also happen to be on Accutane at the moment. I suspect on Accutane probably has some negative G.I. impact. I would like to give Jatenzo another try once I’m off Accutane in about three weeks. If so, I will report back.

    More focus when off TRT

TRT can be a conundrum. Sometimes, I personally take an inventory of what I am trying to solve; I then rank the issues in order of importance and weigh this against the downsides of TRT. What are you trying to solve? If you feel better off, maybe stay off?

I sort of have done this with confusing results. If interested, I can provide more details at some point.

    Inj Frequency

I love the idea of sipping at the drinking fountain instead of taking massive gulps. In other words, small daily injections would seem like they would work best for me. But, for some crazy reason, I get nasty headaches. On the other hand, if I use 50 mg of Xyosted, I barely experience any head...

Trans scrotal testosterone cream application is a game changer

Hey, man, do you mind sharing in what way the early weeks were rough? I’ve had some ups and downs with cream. I’m curious if my struggles are similar to yours.

Trans scrotal testosterone cream application is a game changer

@Charliebizz, I suspect you are not having any issues with scrotal application, but I think I recall some saying cream is better than hydrogel for the scrotum because of alcohol. Am I making this up? Does anyone know if hydrogel is "safe" for the scrotum?

    An Unusual Source of Anxiety

Now that I pay attention to this phenomenon, Natesto is one of the culprits. I think (but am not sure) that it's less severe with Natesto. Maybe the overall levels aren't very high and thus the drop is less severe? In the past, I have been on Natesto continuously for up to six months at a...

I hear you. That said, there are tons of threads about sleep. I have had some insomnia issues that, at the time, I felt confident were related to TRT. That said, I am generally under treated these days, so sleep is decent.

Also, I’m curious, how are you decided to do the evening dose? Were you doing that from the outset because you thought you should, or were you doing it because you were crashing and/or feeling bottomed out in the afternoon and use that to alleviate those symptoms?

Trans scrotal testosterone cream application is a game changer

Yes, I think these are great points. I have actually in the recent past wondered if I made the same assumption that you mentioned. I think being supraphysiologic and being under treated can both feel bad, and it can be hard sometimes to decipher what’s going on without labs. In another post, I...
