When I was on trt my blood pressure was higher and my pulse averaged in the 90s. Now that I stopped, blood pressure is normal and my pulse is in the 60s when not exercising. Sorry no solutions from me other than reducing/stopping.
I think a gallon a day is way lower than the amount you need to worry about washing away essential minerals. Especially if you are active / exercising at all.

I would like to see studies [15] and [16].
I used 1ml daily of a 0.05% topical fin and it took my dht from the 60s (not on TRT) to 20s on TRT w/ test cyp with levels 1500+ at trough.
Study [15] seems interesting at 0.005%. Study [16], I find incredibly hard to believe.
