    Question about estradiol

So, in a nutshell, DIM helps clear estrogen from your system after it's been created, while an AI like anastrozole reduces how much estrogen you convert from testosterone.

    Question about estradiol

It's really based on the individual. In my opinion, the best thing you can do it to keep track of your symptoms and experiment with the AI a bit once you're on the same t dosing for at least a couple months. These days, I can *tolerate* my E2 being in the mid 30's, but when I start taking AI...

    Question about estradiol

Lets back up a moment. If you had no lab numbers to look at, what are the symptoms you're experiencing that concern you?

    Low SHBG, Strength, EOD, etc

Beginning hormone therapy, heavy weight training, eating a high protein diet, and creatine can all cause your lipid panels to skew. I personally don't worry about it and mine are "worse" than yours are. Lots of new information coming in that destroys the old thoughts on cholesterol issues, and...

    Alternating Subq and Shallow IM

Well, not being argumentative, but there's zero published literature recommending a 1/2" syringe for an IM shot. Syringe manufacturers, medication specs, pharmacists, pretty much everyone considers 1" the minimum to get to muscle for common injection sites. Just to ask, how do you actually know...

    Alternating Subq and Shallow IM

Subq quad, every day. No aspirating, feel absolutely nothing 75% of the time, and my stiff shoulders don't have to struggle to get to some weird spot. Also, unless you're under 10% body fat, the chances of you hitting IM whatsoever with a 1/2" needle are pretty damn slim.

Can you run low-dose T with low-dose nandrolone for muscle and joint health?

Will do! I plan on starting a new post to track my results for my own sake, as well as for others. Also interesting is that my total T has dropped ~200 points but my free T has remained the same since switching from cypionate to enanthate (same dosage and frequency). Defy seems to be getting...

Longest You’ve Had To Wait With Empower?

I thought that was the case, but didn't see that they've sent that in a while. Thanks for confirming my suspicion. I wish they'd go back to that for us impatient patients (or the ones that are about to run out of medication)!

Can you run low-dose T with low-dose nandrolone for muscle and joint health?

I'll be able to tell you in six (well, seven) weeks! I just had a consult with Defy today and will be doing something similar to that- 20mg of enanthate (same as my current dose) and adding in 14mg of nandrolone. Hoping to see some shoulder and knee relief, and I won't complain if I get some...

Longest You’ve Had To Wait With Empower?

The longer wait is usually in the processing time at Defy, in my experience. It seems to take at least two to three BUSINESS days to go through all the screening and processing at Defy after I've paid (seems too long to me, and is my biggest and only complaint, really) but once the pharmacy has...

    E2 testo and gyne

Ah yes, trenbolone for TRT. I have no experience with tren and this isn't the site to look for advice on steroid cycles, but it'd be almost impossible to get gyno if you follow either of the methods discussed above.

This is probably the most discussed, hotly debated topic on this forum. Testosterone confusing lab results

Long story short, when I started on TRT it was on cypionate, and I had numerous benefits in the gym and general well being, with the exception that my cardio endurance dropped significantly. Specifically, my calves would just start cramping to the point I couldn't run anymore after a half a...

    Testosterone confusing lab results

Nothing at all wrong with enanthate for most guys- I switched to it and love it. But pick a dosage and stick with it for a while, and double-check your math. If you're doing every other day shots, plan out two weeks instead of one, and divide your two-week number in half to get your weekly dose...

    High red blood cells.

Just an FYI, if you're with Defy and therefore get your meds through Empower, you don't have to worry. Empower already has the certification or whatever it is that's required to continue processing HCG. That said, since I'm up for a consult and a refill on test anyways, I'll probably get some...

    Defy Medical Help

Daily enanthate user here. Are you saying your trough range, on daily injections, is 400-500? And you're hitting a peak of over 1,000? That seems like a massive swing for a long ester in a 24 hour period.

    Considering a local TRT doctor

Are you under the impression a local doc would be any more readily available, appointment wise, than Dr. Saya is? I've had same day "mini consults" with Ben, my PA at Defy, on more than one occasion, without being charged. A friend of mine who just started his TRT journey two or three months ago...

Just leaked a bunch of TC down my arm...

You could do that, but I don't know that two weeks would be adequate to see a difference, if any. Six weeks is considered the minimum time frame. I think most men that have made the switch to subq just do it, and see what their results are like at their next scheduled test. If it makes you feel...

Just leaked a bunch of TC down my arm...

It sounds like an indirect answer to your question, but no, subq isn't a problem until it's a problem. Lots of men, including myself, inject subq exclusively, with no problems whatsoever. Honestly, I think there's more benefits than potential downfalls to subq test, but there are men who report...

    High red blood cells.

There certainly isn't anything wrong with donating blood, though some places will turn you away without a therapeutic phlebotomy script if your H&H are out of sorts. It's a good samaritan thing to do anyways, right? In my area it's required if your hematocrit is above like 51 IIRC. You can ask...

Just leaked a bunch of TC down my arm...

1/2" needle isn't recommended by anyone, AFAIK, for an IM shot in the delt, even in children. 5/8" is the minimum considered to be effective, with 1" to 1-1/2" the standard. Not that there's anything wrong with a sub-q shot, but it's highly unlikely you're actually getting IM with a 1/2" needle...

    IM vs. SubQ

where are you injecting that you're getting IM with a 1/2" needle? You'd have to be incredibly lean to hit muscle with that short of a needle anywhere except *maybe* your delts.

Is there any reason someone would NEED hcg on a trt program?

I'm going to sound like a broken record here, but I'll do it anyways... There's much debate on this forum regarding E2 levels and what they need to be based on regarding different metrics... E2:SHBG vs E2:total T being the main two "camps". There's plenty of men on here that do just fine in one...

Best time to inject Test - Evening?

I try to stick to 10AM, and I'm also on daily shots. Most men have their natural peak levels in the morning, so I figured my exogenous peak levels should be fine there as well. Also, the only way I'll ever get a trough reading now that I'm on daily shots is to have my blood drawn before I do my...
