Minimum Dosage or freq for low SHBG

that is essentially what I am doing now. When I started the nandrolone, they had me slightly reduce the test and add the nandrolone; that has proven to be a bit much and I'm now going back to where the total dose in mg/week will be what I was on before, but split evenly between test and...

Minimum Dosage or freq for low SHBG

Sorry for the late response, gents. I was taking 8ml/16mg each of test and nandrolone, taken daily, and that had my T at 1482. I thought that was too high even though I felt perfectly awesome so I've dropped it down to 12mg of each and I'll retest in three months.

Recurring bouts of weak erections on TRT

so, this is where you'll get plenty of people disagreeing with me, but in my experience from my own body chemistry, I'd get your estrogen down. We seem to be split in to two camps on this forum. Camp A says there's a "magic ratio" of T:E and you need to hit that, and you'll feel fine even if...

Recurring bouts of weak erections on TRT

Do you have pre-TRT E numbers? I'm wondering if you started out as naturally low E and the spikes you get from raising your t dose puts your T:E ratio temporarily back where it needs to be, you feel better, then you aromatize and your E catches up and you feel lousy again. Or, perhaps you're...

Minimum Dosage or freq for low SHBG

No sir, I am not advocating nandrolone in place of testosterone, but rather to complement it. I cannot tolerate high estrogen. I am NOT one of those guys that "gets used" to their estrogen being super high. I tried, I was miserable. Taking both nandrolone and test enanthate keeps my t where I...

Minimum Dosage or freq for low SHBG

Basically, lets say you have been taking 20mg a day of testosterone cypionate, and everything is great except your estrogen is a bit high. Instead, you now take 10mg of cypionate and 10mg of nandrolone. Your body still has all the "man juice" it needs, but you've eliminated 50% of what it can...

    Question for those injecting daily...

Perhaps it's semantics, but I think it's important to clarify: esters with shorter half lifes aren't necessarily *better* for daily injections, but that more frequent injections are necessary for them. You can still successfully do daily shots on cypionate, for example. The only difference is...

Minimum Dosage or freq for low SHBG

I'm on the lower side of SHBG, typically 17-25. If you're with Defy, consider adding in nandrolone and dropping your testosterone. Long story short, nandrolone does 99% of what testosterone does and zero aromatization. I've been able to drop my AI completely thanks to this switch.

Are there any problems with having zero gonadotrophin?

My cholesterol is slightly elevated, but nothing to be concerned about. I lift heavy, low reps, and eat a lot of protein, all considered to be likely causes of high IGF-1.

    Clinics for injections

It's like going to the laundromat to do your laundry, paying 10x what it costs to do it at home, and not getting your clothes as clean. To put it in perspective, you pay more for one weekly shot than most guys pay for months of testosterone. Before I switched to Defy, my PCP gave me a script...

No Gym: Quarantine check in and learnings.

"I think rushing back THAT quickly only because some government figure says it's OK is beyond foolish". Because of that statement right there. We've got the CDC now saying the virus probably doesn't spread via surfaces anyways, so again, the risk is likely no different in going to the gym than...

Anyone seen Pre TRT numbers like this

Well, you might want to try DHEA supplementation. There's mixed research on whether or not it definitively helps bring SHBG down, but anecdotally, it did for me. I think it's a pretty safe experiment personally, but if you were to do a full panel and have a consult with Ben or Mike at Defy, I'm...

No Gym: Quarantine check in and learnings.

So, first, it's not "only because some government figure says it's OK". Exercise contributes to your overall health and boosts your immune system significantly, which I would think is a good thing at any time, but especially in a pandemic. Second, how often do you see people violate the...

Are there any problems with having zero gonadotrophin?

IGF? That's an odd one. I've been on TRT for two years and my IGF is way high. I actually took several tests to make sure I didn't have a brain tumor it's so high (425+).

Anyone seen Pre TRT numbers like this

Sorry you never received a response. I would caution away from automatically drawing the conclusion you've gotten to. I think it's a good place to start, but to be of better help we'd need to know what your specific symptoms are. It could be that your estradiol is actually a bit low if you're...

Are there any problems with having zero gonadotrophin?

Well, not to split hairs, but there's a difference between not reporting any issues, not being aware of any issues, and not having any issues. Or even, not having any issues *yet*. I'd bet good money a 28 year old taking 100mg of UGL test once a week would find different results with that same...

So.... I was wrong. I'm pretty sure I'm going to kill myself before covid ever gets a chance to try. I'm more sore this morning than I can remember ever being. Muscles hurt that I didn't even know I had. My wife actually initiated sex last night (not a common event) and I caught myself thinking...

New to ExcelMale - appreciate answers/feedback

If you're pinning at home, that's a good sign. It's the places that want you to come in to the office for a weekly $100 visit that scream "t mill!". I'm sure you'll come across plenty of posts, but since you're already doing your own shots, you might want to seriously consider going to every 3.5...

New to ExcelMale - appreciate answers/feedback

Questions 1) How to decide if I pin at 8pm or 8am? Does it matter at this point in my personal situation? Most men have a natural peak in the morning, usually around 10AM. If you're doing weekly shots though, I can't imagine it'll make much of a difference. 2) Suggestions for an exercise routine...

Just posted this in another thread, but yesterday was my first day back on the iron in two months. I was pleasantly surprised to find very little losses. I was actually back sliding a little bit pre-covid due to over training, for example my bench was no longer progressing past 235 and I was...

    Deca adding to TRT

I'm taking 16mg nandrolone and 16mg test enanthate daily and have been on this protocol since February. Just got back in the gym yesterday after an unwanted two month covid hiatus, and was pleasantly surprised to find that I didn't struggle nearly as much as I was expecting. When I started my...

Looking for a poll and feedback from folks who are “dialed in”

Well, what I'm supposed to be doing is 7ml each of 200mg enanthate and 200mg nandrolone, but I'll be honest and admit I've been doing 8 simply because my eyes play tricks on me when I try to do odd numbers on my insulin syringes. That's a daily dose. I do take HCG as well, supposed to be three...

Looking for a poll and feedback from folks who are “dialed in”

I'll jump in since someone else already dug up the grave. I thought I was dialed in half a year ago or so when I made the switch to enanthate from cypionate, but having now been on about a 50/50 dose of nandrolone and enanthate, I'm better than ever. I've been able to completely drop anastrozole...

Yeah, 200mg per week is certainly on the high side. And while I completely agree with Vince in the "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" school of thought, I think there's a fair chance you'd get an improvement over a minor dosage increase split to 2x a week. 70mg twice a week seems to do really...

    Blood results - candidate?

Defy treats symptoms, not numbers! That said, there's nothing in the numbers you mentioned that would exclude them from treating you. At 544 though, you might want to look at trying some of the restart therapies, since that number really isn't too bad. You could probably boost it a fair amount...

While there are some men who report to do ok on weekly shots, they're few and far between, so I think it's great you're moving to bi-weekly. As far as the dosage, you didn't mention the strength of the test you're on- is it 100mg per 100ml or 200mg per 100ml? Either way, if you're really...

My Defy Medical experience so far

Defy definitely needs to improve the process in which they communicate regarding orders. I realize they're not Amazon, but seriously... who doesn't have Amazon? Question about estradiol

You've got to track your symptoms along with your numbers, or you'll end up chasing numbers forever. I don't think there's any two men on this forum that do everything 100% the same. An E2 of 33 could be fine for some of us, it could be terrible for others. Some of us want our E2 within a ratio...
