Thx ratbag. I can hit up google but how long does it normally take to get that ferritin back up? Weird that I felt great with those levels for a couple weeks but I guess that my body wasnt used to getting thyroid hormone so it soaked it in and kicked up for a couple weeks before coming back down.

There is a wide variety of issues with people on this forum, that with the fact everyone responds differently means that you'll get some answers on how things work for each of us but you'll have to do your own trial and error to see what works for you.

Everyone responds differently to them. I've tried all 3 and I've stuck with manly because it works best for me.
