FYI, 3 months ago I began 25mgs daily Pregnenolone from Empower pharmacy. My baseline reading was .1 ng/ml. I got my labs back today and now I’m at .4 ng/ml. I feel terrific. Definitely has HELPED sexual function and estrogen balance.

My wife works with Dr Saya as do I. She has had a terrific experience so far. She’s working out the kinks of her protocol but Defy has the tools and experience to handle any side effect/adjustments that will be necessary.

If I am currently on 10mgs test Cyp daily would I reduce Cyp to 5mgs and then replace the other 5mgs with Nandrolone or did you just add Nandrolone on top of your Testosterone dose?

I’ve lowered my cream dose from 2 to 1 clicks. I’m hoping that will do the trick in reducing Estradiol. I’m not going to raise my AI dose. If that doesn’t work I’ll try the nandrolone idea. Best of luck to you.

Interesting. It increased Free Testosterone in the study. Ok. And I’m assuming Pregnenolone is an “upstream” hormone that converts a portion to DHEA and Progesterone but Pregnenolone doesn’t convert to estrogen. It’s the downstream effects?

I agree. Too much DHT is ungood. I was on cream only (200mg/ml) and couldn’t tolerate the high levels and sides. I also recently added 25 mgs pregnenolone ED in an effort to raise LOW progesterone. Maybe that is helping too. ‍♂️
