Have you had your estradiol levels checked recently? Elevated E2 usually seems to be the cause of acne while on TRT.

What is the consensus on when to inject hCG while on TRT? Some say on days 5 and 6 before the weekly test injection. Others seem to prefer that the doses are spaced out a bit more between injections. Which have you found to be more effective?

Yes, just clean the site and you're good to go. When you switched brands of hCG, are you sure that it was the same concentration of the medication? Seems odd that you'd have such a drastic change from subQ to IM.

Once the needle goes in, aspirate (pull back on the plunger a little bit) to see if you're in a vein. If there is significant blood in the syringe you may be in a vein. Withdraw the needle and try again.

If you're going to start out on 150mg/wk, talk to your doctor about splitting the injections into 75mg/E3.5D to ensure that your E2 stays in check. If you can avoid having to take an AI, that would be ideal.
