    Chewing/dissolving sildenafil Works faster?

I wouldn't advise this for a number of reasons. It tastes terrible, you get more drug into the blood stream than you want at a higher rate, and it often won't last as long. The theory is that by increasing the surface area and getting some on the mucousal membranes you get a quicker more...

Question about Discounted Labs Sensitive Estradiol Test

You should also follow up if you don't hear anything by the 2 week mark. Most of the labs segment by Business Unit and Region. Where you get the draw and where the prescriber is can make a difference. Before we were a national account if I was seeing a patient in a different reason I would have...

    Optimal level Question

Yes! This. This is important to understand. The ranges you see are "reference" ranges based on the weighted averages of the population tested. It is not some magical number based on years and years of scientific research that makes you feel at optimal health when the levels are achieved. That is...

    Should I Try TRT?

Sebco, Feel free to sign up at www.Telthera.com, part of the sign up process is what is called the ADAM questionnaire which can help begin the process from a clinical standpoint of whether you may benefit from TRT. From a diagnostic standpoint if you test in on the ADAM we will get you set up...

    Supplement List - Opinions Welcomed

Absolutely, I vary based on what I have on hand in the office and if I remember to order for myself with everything going on. Sometimes I will order it compounded from APS, Empower, United, etc. Other times I grab a bottle of the BioTe brand. For our patients it is always compounded. For OTC...

    Supplement List - Opinions Welcomed

Adding my delayed $0.02 First a three part question, why so many, how did you discover these, and did you ask anyone? That's quite the list and I am always hesitant to over supplement as these often aren't well studied for their primary benefit. Much less how they interact with each other or...

    BPC-157 Updates

I ran a 3 week course, honestly it is hard to say if it improved healing time as I didn't really have much of a need to sprint until it would've healed on its own anyway. I will also say that doing this therapy motivated to stick more to the REST protocol so it also could've helped in a libido...

Forty-Three Years Old, Low T Symptoms

Low SHBG is frustrating, but like CoastWatcher said there ways to mitigate the effects, smaller more frequent amounts is a common solution. CoastWatcher, have you experimented with doing some injections subQ and others IM or do you do all either subQ or IM? -Scott M Telthera

    BPC-157 Updates

I am glad you saw results, when I tried it for a hamstring tear I saw marginal improvement at best, certainly not wolverine as the internet would have you believe haha. I may try it again and will report back. -Scott Telthera

Do your MD's have unlimited access to all your prescribed Rx's?

In the US we can't release any medical data (even to other practices) without a signed release form. Health information in the US is very protected and compartmentalized. -Scott Telthera

Did you go from symptoms with no armidex to 0,5 mg each week? Or did you try 0,25mg a week first?

New Protocol: When Will I Notice Changes?

What we are getting at is that the change you made might be great, but it's going to take a bit to see effects from the change. Without knowing how long ago you started your new protocol no one can really offer much help as you don;t want to introduce too many variables at a time.

    Steroid Use and Cardiovascular Damage

I would also be curious to know what other "supplementation" was done, everything from GNC type supplements, to more serious compounds such as deca, winstrol, etc which can found amongst users of the body building/competition crowd. -Scott Telthera

    Doctors in MD ?

Makes a lot of sense. I think it also depends on what level of guidance you want and how often you want to discuss your care. We built unlimited contact into our system, so there's never a fee to speak to someone. Also, I feel a lot of insurance based providers make this only a portion of their...

    Doctors in MD ?

I would hope that any provider recommended here does all of the appropriate tests haha. I would be happy to have a chat with you if you're looking for a second opinion or in the market for a provider. We don't take insurance for anything other than initial lab testing, but even if you don't want...

    DHEA through the roof

I agree with you Vince, I think that the way we think about DHEA will change in the not too distant future, it is quite a potent little compound. I have seen studies that showed when DHEA is taken DHT metabolites increase even though serum DHT remains flat. Right now a lot of the data, efficacy...

    Trying to Recover Morning Erections

Like I said just an opinion, but lets talk it through for a second. In your case, what is the purpose of adding the DHEA? It is to restore your powerful regular and morning erections right? Ok, that's great, but chemically, what do we want to achieve? Your Test levels look to be solid, you...

TRT: Not the Results I'd Hoped For

Sounds like the all too familiar theme of chasing numbers and using "cookie cutter protocols" instead of treating the whole and unique patient. Low estradiol combined with the high DHEA could be behind several of the symptoms. You might want to ask your doctor what his thoughts are on either...

    Trying to Recover Morning Erections

I concur with this, unfortunately DHEA isn't as much of a testosterone "booster" for us males as it is for women. Most people seem to have an unfavorable cost/benefit ratio with it as it favors the estrogen pathway in men.

    New guy with Estradiol question/problem

OK, good to hear that you're getting the full dose IM. I would still get a Vitamin D level if you can, most people are chronically low even with 100% vitamin D supplementation (typicaly Vitamin D only supplements are 4-5x that). I will start by saying that DIM is pretty disputed, and a lot of...

Low SHBG: T Gel along with Injected T has Helped Somewhat

Thanks Jason, I am quite happy on my current C/E plan, just wanted to try the Prop to see what the PT experience was like. Very happy to hear that prop is working for you and pain free, I hear great things in smaller split dosages.

You could also ask about HCG if you aren't already receiving it, numerous benefits.

Low SHBG: T Gel along with Injected T has Helped Somewhat

If you're going to try Prop, you need to be aware of the PIP associated with such a short esther. I would imagine the guys here have some useful tips, I tried it once to see the difference and it was crippling, had to tell people I pulled a muscle at the gym to explain my change in gait.
