    Feeling much worse with IM?

Thanks man, does help to hear that. I think I overdid it on the Cialis at first too and that didn’t help. Reasonably fit, I work out 3 days a week and run 2-3 days. My life has been going pretty great otherwise. Got out of a bad relationship months ago. Career, money, and friendships have all...

    Feeling much worse with IM?

Currently about 200mg/week. Was on 150mg previously until Defy told me to go up.

    Feeling much worse with IM?

What do you mean? And yea, it's been tough. I've had periods where things are better/worse, but this is like 0 libido most of the time. I had more when I crashed my E2 a year ago! I really feel there's something specific that's causing this right now. When I did talk to Defy about it, they...

    Feeling much worse with IM?

I considered this as I was sick a little over a month ago, but I feel I'd be better by now and not getting worse! It's weird too, I get nighttime wood, but I have not been horny in the morning in 2 months now. I used to be every morning. Only thing I've seen change are my levels going down on...

    Feeling much worse with IM?

Hey guys, update...switched back to SQ for now until things level out. Felt decent earlier in the day, but then once again completely out of it. My lady came over, figured we'd get coffee to try to perk me up a bit, but ended up just feeling even more zombie like. The last time this happened...

    Feeling much worse with IM?

About 40 pre TRT, 30 after starting, and 20 almost a year later Makes sense, I'm sure cutting it out did lower various hormones some. Oddly I did feel very similar half a year ago after stopping pregnenolone. But then again, this also feels like the time I tried stopping TRT (3-4 days in I...

    Feeling much worse with IM?

A few weeks, up from 182mg/week. Defy saw my last bloodwork and asked me to go back up again in dose. I'm waiting to get some bloodwork back now, from this past Monday. My last round had my TT around 600, and FT around 15. I don't know if I have a bad bottle or what's going on. Last fall I was...

    Feeling much worse with IM?

I agree, I really think it must be something else going on here. Currently on about 30mg/day of T cyp. I will say I feel a lot calmer off of HCG though. I was starting to get really jumpity and frantic on it. Maybe it's the opposite falling into place.

    Feeling much worse with IM?

Thanks...I'm just shocked that stopping HCG would be noticeable this late along. I was also only on it for a couple of weeks. Again not ruling out that this could be something totally unrelated. Being under house quarantine doesn't help either.

    Feeling much worse with IM?

I switched 2 days ago to IM injections to see how I feel on them, and if it makes any difference for me. I've felt progressively more fatigued and out of it, to the point of being barely functional and totally unmotivated today. Already took a couple of naps. I'm not entirely convinced this is...

What could cause decreasing TT on increasing T doses?

Almost sounds like 250IU twice a week might make more sense for me then.

What could cause decreasing TT on increasing T doses?

Ah that makes more sense if my SHBG is still coming down. And sorry, to clarify more, in September last year (3 months into TRT) I was on 150mg and TT was at 720 or so. Maybe I wasn't completely shut down? Now that you mention it, I remember about HCG lasting much longer at 250IU+. I'm a...

What could cause decreasing TT on increasing T doses?

I've had an issue for the last couple of months now where my TT has not been nearly as high as it used to be given a particular dose of T cyp. Early Feb I saw a 600 off 150mg/week. Last week, 730 off of 182mg/week + 150IU HCG EOD. Last fall, I was at 1200 with 200mg/week. Where the hell could...

DA quinagolide makes libido instantly worse

I finally received quinagolide (another DA like cabergoline) from Canada and took a quarter tablet the last couple nights to see how I feel. well it’s been subtle nausea, dizziness, and this mental fog. And worst of all, NO libido. This is not unlike how cabergoline went for me. Made things...

Benefit from a DA (cabergoline) without elevated prolactin?

I've been prescribed cabergoline for a few years now (pituitary tumor), and the side effects have driven me away. Bromocriptine worked a little better (it's weaker), but the fatigue was unbearable. My doctor helped me get quinagolide from Canada, which is a non-ergolide DA. It's apparently more...

    Do you like HCG?

Guys who noticed a libido boost from HCG - how long did it take? Been trying 100IU every week, and now every other day, and I think there's been a slight improvement. Hard to say. Going to bump it up to 150IU EOD I think.

Anyone on 200mg + HCG without an AI?

Curious if this is unrealistic. Defy recently asked me to try going back up to 200mg/week to fix some libido issues. But I've also wanted to give HCG another shot, and I'm assuming 200mg wouldn't leave much room for HCG. Maybe I'm wrong.

    Trouble with libido lately

When I did try it, it was a really poor experiment on my part (I'll admit that). I was in a shitty relationship, under a ton of stress, drinking quite a bit, and then blamed it all on E2 and took some anastrozole and crashed my E2. It was so bad, I almost quit TRT. I lowered my dose back down...

    Do you like HCG?

I've noticed a similar thing. Plus a bunch of anxiety. It definitely hasn't done any miracles for me. When I first started on TRT with HCG, the HCG plus the honeymoon period had me feeling like I was on club drugs or something. It was really unpleasant.

    Trouble with libido lately

Spoke to Defy today, and they suggested raising my dose from 150mg/week to 200. Might be a little extreme but I'm considering at least going up half of that. It's a tough call to make. I also feel great in every other aspect on 150mg/week. Mood is amazing, I'm doing great at work, at the gym...

    Do you like HCG?

Best results seem to be at 150mg/week when I don't fuck with it for a few weeks. Time to get back to basics I suppose.

    Do you like HCG?

Was under the impression you needed a high dose for it to work, and each small dose seemed to be doing nothing. I'm also a compulsive changer/experimenter. Not really good in TRT world

    Do you like HCG?

Never had bloodwork on it, was always a few weeks in between HCG and tests. The last time I tried it was in September, did 100IU, waited 2 days, 150IU, 2 more days, 250IU - boom that last one made me feel awful. I'm just yet to see a true benefit from it. Plus I'd prefer to be less fertile right...

    Do you like HCG?

TRT since June 2019. I was on HCG at first, then dropped it, tried it again, then dropped it until this week. Been a little frantic trying to figure out where my libido went and tried 100IU yesterday. Felt great for a bit (who knows if that was related), but just the same jittery/anxious feeling...

    Considering a local TRT doctor

I am - just on Zocdoc (online booking for a ton of docs in NY/NJ), there are plenty of slots for Dr Rotman a few days out. By more available, I mean more like I can see him monthly or so until things get better sorted. Admittedly part of the difficulty there with Defy is the cost. And I know...

    Considering a local TRT doctor

I've been a satisfied patient of Dr Saya for a year now, and the man is nothing short of incredibly knowledgable in his field. However, I've experienced a lot of ups and downs in this journey (as have many), and having decided to take a more active role in treating my pituitary tumor this year...
