Acne - shoulder, chest, back acne

Just to be clear, I wasn't demonizing DHT. I have had high E2 (around 60 on sensitive test) and didn't have any body acne until I went to increase my DHT. I am happy with the higher levels of DHT.

Benefits and drawbacks of daily testosterone dosing protocol, and what's your sweet spot?

So in your opinion, one wouldn't really notice a big difference going from EOD to Every day injections?

Acne - shoulder, chest, back acne

I didn't have any body acne until I started Test Cream on testicles to increase DHT. So, there is definitely something to what he was saying.

    My standard estrodiol results.

I have low SHBG (14 on can't remember the scale). My E2 Sensitive was at 62 three months ago. Dr started me on 0.125 AI every 4th day. Will be running labs soon to see if I need to up AI, which I think I will.

No Libido at age 41, LAB RESULTS posted here.. help?!

Try backing off the Test...it's way too high. That will also lower your Estradiol.

Anyone lowered T and felt better?

I’m currently at 40mg EOD and puts me over 800 at trough. Thinking of going to 35mg EOD for 6 weeks. Think that is a good starting point?

Anyone lowered T and felt better?

I first started at a Total T of 150. After 10 weeks on 100mg once a week, I didn't feel any better. I switched to Defy and found out SHBG was low and Total T was only 350 with E2 being in the high teens, so an EOD protocol of 40mg and 500IU HCG twice a week was started. After week 2 of this...

Anyone lowered T and felt better?

Curios if anyone has ever lowered their T dosage and felt better? I've read on here that 900+ Total T isn't necessarily ideal for everyone and that many feel great around 600 or so. If you have successfully lowered your T and felt better, please share.

    High Estradiol

Everyone is different. I started with T of 150 and Estradiol of 5. After 8 weeks on a protocol of 100mg Test and 1500IU HCG 1x per week, my T went to 300 and E went to 18. Switched to a protocol of 40mg Test EOD and 500IU HCG E4D and after 8 weeks my T went to 800 and E went to 60. That's...

    Consult with Defy

I'm pretty sure the first consult is the same price no matter who you see, so might as well see one of the top two like suggested. For followups, it is discounted based on who you see, so if you're looking to save some money you could see someone else.

    T cream to increase DHT

Dang! Might want to get your E2 levels checked! :D

    T cream to increase DHT

Still wouldn't think Defy would prescribe it if it wasn't beneficial.

    T cream to increase DHT

This is interesting. If no one is getting the supposed benefits of increasing DHT, I wonder why it keeps being apart of protocols?

How often are you taking the AI?

    What dose for me?

Saying 1/2 a tablet doesn't tell us much. How many mg? Also, are you testing your T numbers as well or just E2?

    T cream to increase DHT

Have you tried the 2 clicks? Defy told me that after 2 weeks or so if I didn't notice a difference to increase it to 2 clicks. Just curious if you tried 2 and had no success to just went back down to 1. Also, did adding the T Cream daily increase your total test numbers?

The “joint problems” from Arimidex, is it the E2 or?

My protocol is very similar to yours'. I'm on 40mg Test EOD with 500IU HCG and 0.125mg Anstrozole (just started the AI) on every other injection day...so every 4th day. Also just added one click of T cream daily to increase DHT. What do your labs look like? Mine were at T 808 (264-916), FT...

    T cream to increase DHT

My last labs had my DHT very low. Defy prescribed 1 click of 50mg/ml T cream to be applied to scrotum daily. For those that have done this: 1. How much did that increase your DHT? 2. Did it increase your Total T? 3. What about Estrogen levels? TIA!

Need Help With AI Dose Since Doctor Can't Help

My E2 was at 15 before I started TRT. Went to 19 after 5 weeks on 100mg test / 1500IU HCG once per week. Then I found out I had low SHBG and switched to 40mg test EOD and 500IU HCG twice per week. After 8 weeks on that protocol, my E2 rised to 60. I felt fantastic at about week 3 of the new...

Need Help With AI Dose Since Doctor Can't Help

I understand that. I started out with low E2 when I began. During the middle of my protocol, I experienced what I would call good libido and erection quality. That lasted about a week. In my latest labs, E2 reached 60. I'm going to try an AI because I think the week when libido was great...

    Blood test/dosage help

Dose doesn't double in 40 days. With Test Cyp, you're bloods levels will normalize in 40 days. That's why it's best to wait 6 weeks at a minimum to make any changes to protocols because you won't have an idea how it's really working until then.
