I used 4 pumps a day before switching to inj, one each to shoulders down onto my biceps and then 1 pump each in the area under my arms down to my waist, or I would use my inner thighs sometimes too.

What Vince said, no reason to even test LH and FSH once you have started. It will lower your HDL numbers as well.

Likewise, I switched from gel (5 years) to injections in January and it took til early June for my body temps to normalize. Not necessarily my face but pits and back I could sweat through a shirt sitting at my desk. I'm 5'9, 170 lbs and it was not normal for me.

I inject 3x a week for 120mg total, 40mg on M, W, F using a 29g, .5ml, 1/2" needle. Ventrogluteal. HCG I use a 31g, .5ml, 5/16 and inject 250iu T, TH, Sat within 6" of navel. Ordered last time from Healthwarehouse.com but may check out the other site listed next time.

Interesting, i assumed the regular Estradiol test would overestimate E2 numbers compared to the sensitive?

Hmm, i inquired about this on my last set of labs i posted here on Monday and it was suggested the ECLIA test was wrong. Wondering if i should do the sensitive from DL. So the ECLIA usually shows too high or too low from your actual level?

Got back my most current labs. Appreciate any input. Here are a few of my thoughts.. This is on 120mg/week split into 3 doses (M,W,F) and 500iu of HCG/wk. I tried and tried to get in on a Monday for a trough reading but it never worked out. These were drawn on Wed before my usual injection...

I do this, its fantastic, ive yet to have even a drop of blood or even a bruise here. I alternate sides and of course hcg in the belly.

I think 500iu split into 2 injections a week is a fairly standard dose.

Youre doing it right then. 50 units on your syringe would be 50mg, 25 would be 25mg and so on. Drawing it to 10 would be 10mg. I prefer the 200mg/ml vial so I can inject less, I inject 40mg 3x a week so I draw to 20 on my pin.

Do you have .5ml or 1ml syringes?

Interesting thread, I may try this as well (after labs on the 28th of course), as up to this point I felt way better on Androgel than injections.

First a quick background..started TRT at 38 with Androgel 1.62 (4 pumps a day) in 2012, no hcg, no AI. The gel kept me around 600-650 total t usually. It was a pain though for someone active and had always kind of wanted to change to injections. Fast forward to Jan 2017 and a job/insurance...

Very true, from everything I had read I was under the impression that when switching to injections an AI would just be mandatory. Thankful i didnt bottom out my E2 with it before labs.

Sorry, i mis-typed..I sourced my own and had planned to take .75mg/wk since i was feeling some symptoms i thought was elevated E2, but it came back at 26 so we decided to leave it be. Symptoms have since subsided so maybe that was just my body adjusting to injections.

Agree with whats been said, i sourced my own and took .75 mg a week when i first switched to injections in Jan, next labs showed that i didnt need it (at 100mg/wk of TCyp at least).

I use 29g, .5ml, 1/2" syringe for T Cyp and 31g, .5ml, 5/16 for HCG. Load times are a little slow with T but inject times are fine (for me) and of course hcg is a snap.

My last rx was for a 10ml vial 200mg/ml. Filled it locally.
