There are many compounders out there that can customize products if you ask. I don’t endorse any particular compounder but there are plenty on this forum and on internet that do good work.

I don’t really deal with ferritin levels in my practice , it is something the pcps in my area do monitor so I leave it to their expertise. I will though look into it further now that you ask this good question. Perhaps Nelson can add more info on this topic.

Hi Kenny, Those HCG doses are very high and those anastrozole levels are very high as well. Something is not making sense honestly, posting all your labs in some form with your identity hidden may help.

I would definitely have your scrotum examined again and see if it is related your ejaculatory dysfunction. It may not be related to the varicocele. Good luck!

That’s interesting , as it should be tighter after a high dose injection of testosterone in the first few days not looser. It could be the way your body metabolizes the testosterone. Try injecting half the dose every 3.5 days and see if that improves your situation.

They help somewhat when a diagnosis of I.C. has been made. IC is not that common in men and your symptoms aren’t the typical IC presentation.

Hi Nelson, this is a situation I encounter quite frequently in my urban practice. I have sat in on many lectures dealing with chronic pelvic pain syndrome which encompasses much of what you are describing to me. The antibiotics frequently help the patients initially because they have...

It has been performed in US for over 2 years, very safe and effective. Any removal of prostate tissue at bladder neck predisposes one to retrograde ejaculation.

Hi Nelson, The PSA 4K test which is mentioned here does play a large role in my decision making process on when to recommend a prostate biopsy for a patient with an elevated PSA. It has been studied and validated. The GPS aka Oncotype DX test is used to better predict how a patients prostate...

Hi Traderj, The treatment options do depend on the size of your prostate on transrectal ultrasound and what a flexible cystoscopy will show. If however you are a candidate, the new procedure called Rezum is a great option to avoid retrograde ejaculation and get off your bph medications.

No TRT alone won’t increase flow and i can’t analyze those numbers without knowing what they injected you with as a test dose, what the waveform looked like, and where they took the measurements from on the penis. Can’t recommend a treatment with just numbers and no clinical picture.

It is unlikely but you can stop caffeine for 48-72 hours along with no ejaculation or pelvic exercises , and repeat the PSA and ask for the 4K PSA .

There is a 75-80 percent chance the biopsy is benign. The prostate biopsy procedure can be performed with light sedation as I do in my office so it is painless and the infection rate is 1percent or less in good hands. In addition prostate cancer does not always have to be treated so I would be...

Thank you for the information. I will assume you are probably around 50-60 years old. The recommendation today would be that you should have a prostate biopsy. With a PSA above 4 you still have a significant chance of finding prostate cancer. You can request a 4K PSA from your urologist which...
