Your table that says 1cc is 100iu could lead to a mistake , depends on the HCG concentration , I have used concentration ranging from 1 ml = 5000iu to 1ml=10000iu.

I usually think doctor's advice must be followed but in this case ......

1MG of Arimidex a day ? I think that is excessive and would worry about crashing E2. What is your E2 now? What are the symptoms of your high E2 .

Hi , I tried Clomid before trt and hcg , can't say I felt better on it but I did have floaters and that frightened me so I stopped. Hcg here in Italy doest cost much (24€ for 5000iu) and that lasts for almost a month so not a big deal to go to the pharmacy.

Why add the testosterone and not just lower the HCG. And see what happens . I dont think making too many changes at once is a good strategy.

You say no research has been done but there are countries like Poland where the use of Testosterone is banned as it hurts fertility and so they use HCG . I have seen a lecture by a polish endocrinologist who has been using HCG for many years on his patients with great success.

Why not lower the mount of HCG and see what appena to your levels of Testosterone and E2 . I saw a YouTube lecture by a doctor in Hungary I think . He said in Hungary its illegal for doctors to administer treatments that hurt fertility ( like testosterone ) and he had great success with HCG...
