Which is the active ingredient in Viagra right? Which, then the answer would be "yes, such a supplement could diminish the effects of Viagra?" Confused.

I was looking closely at the ingredients of a supplement I've been using (for about three years regularly) and noticed that it contains epimedium (Horny Goat Weed) which contains icarin which is an PDE5 inhibitor. I do not recall ever getting a "chub" from using the stuff, but I DO use it...

Gene, I wonder that too. I was kind of put off by how he wanted to jump into a discussion of a surgical implant after one day of trying the Trimix. I'm having a difficult time finding a local as you put it. ED Specialist. All I find are in Urology clinics.

Another feature of today's visit was I had three injections. The first resulted in about a 60% erection. The second was little improvement, BUT, almost immediately after receiving the third injection, I almost immediately "deflated."

That's what I thought this doc is. I searched specifically for and ED Specialist and what I got was a list of Uros like him. Thanks

Went to the Uro again this AM. Ended up giving me THREE shots of Trimix total with only about a 60% erection. He now wants me to have a discussion about penile implant surgery. ????? That's out of the question for a couple of reasons. 1. I don't think I should abandon the injection therapy...

Bi-mix was administered today in two doses with nearly zero results. I have an appointment next week to try Tri-mix. Is this fairly atypical?

Bruin, yeah it is expensive and I didn't like their whole marketing scheme. I'm all about seeing people make a buck, but not necessarily on me (caveat emptor). I'm just trying to figure out the shortest route to a doctor who will RX the Tri-mix/Test (if needed) and let me do my own thing...

Yeah, I went there Monday. They had some proprietary injection device and wanted like $1500 for year. I suggested doing my own injections- it was not an option. If i get a script and do my own injections I can do better.

I have an appt with a URO next week. I hope he's good with it. I want to just come out and suggest injections because I am sick to death of the PDE5's side effects. Any suggestions for a doc in the Columbus, OH area if this guy doesn't pan out? Thanks
