ED Medications and Risk of Malignant Melanoma

Thanks for sharing this info guys. I literally just took my very first dose of Cialis yesterday (10/mg), then a single Viagra pill last night before sex with my wife. What a help it was. The last 6 months have been very inconsistent and unreliable erections..........last night was awesome...

Numbers and protocol - 34 year old male 6 months into Test cyp shots

There's nothing wrong with using the AI if you have to. I too aromatize more than most, so managing E2 was really tricky with me. I had to eventually use the AI when my E2 levels reach 60 at about 6 months into my therapy. I was hoping my body would eventually level out and adjust on it's own...

Viagra May Help Treat Heart Disease

Thanks so much Vince. I'll definitely check it out. Erections are starting to get a non-committal........softer and then it goes away sometimes before wife and I are finished. Dumbfounding, I'm 54......guess it was bound to happen. I would like to use daily for the health benefits as well as...

Viagra May Help Treat Heart Disease

That's a pretty progressive Dr your mother-in-law has! Wish it would have worked for her. I love the idea that she was willing to try it at 84!

Viagra May Help Treat Heart Disease

Thanks for this Vince. I was thinking of starting Cialis daily for prostate health (keeping it from becoming enlarged), and perhaps having Viagra on hand for pre-workouts on gym days and bedroom days.

A new study explores anti-aging properties of metformin

I read the article a couple of weeks ago. When you Google around and research around on Metformin, her's is the only article that will appear with such disdain for Metformin. She did a lot of research due to her mother's condition, her mother was on a lot of meds due to poor health. I'm not...

90 Day Bloodwork- Comments and Insight Welcome

First question......how do you feel? Your labs look great, Free T is 3.5%.......not bad. E2 is showing a little high at 49, but that could begin to work it's way lower as your body adjusts to the new hormone levels. Are you currently on an AI protocol to control estrogen? Other than that...

Blood Work at 35 weeks of TRT

Yeah.......me too. My insulin resistance problem didn't start until just a few years ago. We watched long term use of statins get me into the insulin resistance "range". Horrible! My weight has never been a problem, low body fat etc....grew up more of an fast muscle twitched guy, very lean...

Blood Work at 35 weeks of TRT

Hey Vince.......I wanted to get back with you on this.........did much more reading on Metformin dosing, and you're right.......the 500mg a day dosing was way too low. I saw where some guys were taking 1000mg and these guys were basically taking it as a supplement for anti aging...

No Vince, the question was meant for tjlab. It was hard to give input to make a change in his protocol without knowing what happened in his existing or previous protocol.

Yes, I sure do. I eat two boiled eggs first thing every morning within 30 minutes of waking up. I concentrate on protein intake throughout the day. I wish I knew why my A1c is so stubborn.

    acne increase on T

For me, it seems to come and go. Definitely a lot less now that I have E2 down just a bit. When and if the acne comes though, the Zinc Soap and Nizoral Shampoo has definitely been effective. Since other guys have mentioned Saliac Acid Shampoos, I thought I would share ones I've found: This...

Blood Work at 35 weeks of TRT

Yeah Vince I know. Unfortunately! Thus, my whole reason for going on TRT........suspected insulin resistance. It has helped a lot, I think my A1c would be creeping up to 6.6 on some of these labs if not for TRT. This summer I had it down to 5.7 and I was jumping with joy. Metformin was...

Blood Work at 35 weeks of TRT

Yeah.......these are about $200.00 each time. Since this is my first year of TRT, I just wanted to be darned sure everything is in order. Prostate, Hematocrit, E2. Kind of overkill, I just wanted to be sure. I'll probably taper it off next year.

What happens if I blast testosterone?

What happens if I blast testosterone?

For me, I would be more curious of adding Nandrolone instead of increasing Test. Better synergy and less androgenic sides.......especially if you are already dialed in with your TRT. It seems like it takes quite a bit of tweeking to get your Test where you want it to be, why not leave your...
