well looks like you have a thyroid issue, and your LH and FSH are low, in fact all your levels are with the exception of SHBG. have you done an MRI for pituitary gland to rule in/out tumors? I know you're young but any AAS use or testicle injuries in the past? are you any medication?

as soon as you start injecting testosterone the atrophy process begins, you my not see it immediately, but why wait until then. so I agree with Gene!

It will help lower your shbg and thus raises your free T. I bet your e2 is up there like the others are suspecting. I am more interested in your thyroid as Chris is helping me on this issue as well.

I don't thinks its gyno, way too soon. i'd suggest do BW first then treat accordingly. sensitive nipples is not gyno, hard marbles directly under the dark area indicates gyno.

Usually post cycle treatment must be done no more than 2 weeks after your last injection. in your case treatment will consist of, Clomid, 100/50/50/50 Nova, 40/40/20/20 Little erosive but that's what you need for missing the two week window.

it works great, BW showed over 900 total T and almost double free T injecting in that area.

first congratulations. second, you have the right attitude and concern. in my opinion and based on what I have read you will be fine doing smaller doses more frequent of hCG and still be fertile, the higher doses work too by based on what I have learned they are meant for short term use only...

been doing SQ for well over a year now, split my injection (2 spot injection), do it twice a week and still get inflammation/lumps, etc... so I experimented as Gene notes above and found a great spot to inject and I've never get any reaction since. see pic.
