    starting HCG monotherapy

I like Dr. Hyman but his take on health is more to prevent health problems not so much healing. I like your approach, you are careful and you should be because TRT is for life, there is no going back, even if you go back you'll only go back to where you were. good luck, and keep us posted.

    starting HCG monotherapy

^^^ I agree with GD. I bet your testosterone will go up slightly, maybe around 500 or so, but from what I have seen these levels fall after a while. what's important is to test your free testosterone as well.

    starting HCG monotherapy

what did your BW show for LH and FSH? if these number especially LH are in good levels then hCG mono therapy won't do much for you. post all your latest BW with ranges so we can see the whole picture and make some suggestions.

Just had labs taken what do you all think? Ill list what the doc proscribed.

I agree wit Nelson getting on TRT, also about the AI, definitely wait and treat based on BW and how you feel. and if you split your injection to twice a week you may not need AI, also will help avoiding a lump at injection site.

How to Increase Good Cholesterol (HDL) in Men on TRT

nice post Nelson. I love hazelnuts, but man I got to be careful how much I eat! al the stuff he listed are really delicious and should be part of our daily diet. although costly to eat all clean, its better to pay upfront than later paying your medical bills!

SHBG: who has successfully lowered their levels?

lowering SHBG is easy, simply supplement with vitamin D. with drugs anavar or winny, but I doubt any doc will prescribe it. so vitamin is the way to go, and you need to take allot, maybe 10,000-20,000 iu ED. raising SHBG is nearly impossible without drugs (not sure if there are any!) unless...

    Hello from Chicago!

front loading doesn't work with testosterone, and its not an anti inflammatory drug, so I don't see the point for doing it. it sure didn't work for me! for TRT its always good to start with minimum dose and minimum drugs then work your way up as needed and based on BW.

    Hello from Chicago!

you will feel good for the short run, but at these doses your body will react negatively. 200mgs each week is the top range of TRT protocol. with this type of protocol hCG should be administered the last two days of the week prior to your next T shot, but it can be done many different ways. a...

    Latest Bloodwork-PSA High

yes that PSA is way too high and definitely need attention. I never seen PSA jump that much in a short time! I agree with GD, it could be lab error. do you have any symptoms like going more often to the bathroom, burning sensation when you urinate, the urge to urinate but nothing come out...

What kind of exercise do you do?

right on Nelson, same here, I use more cable machines and smith machines than free weight. I am happy with the results. good video BTW.

What kind of exercise do you do?

weight train everyday with 20 minute low intensity cardio after every training session. once in a while I miss 1 or 2 days a week but most of the time I don't. my workouts are one muscle group at a time, so the training only lasts about 30-40 minutes plus 20 cardio.

    Fat loss ?????

the weight gain could be a combination of muscle, water retention and depending on your diet some fat. but if I had to bet on it I'd say mostly water, fat and some muscle. the key to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time is a very strict diet. for example you need to add more protein and...

you need to get your E2 in check also your prolactin is way too high. if you don't treat them you risk of getting gyno. follow labs should include CBC so you can monitor RBC, Hemoglobin and Hematocrit, these get elevated and blood starts to thicken, if so you need to donate blood to keep them...
