    Needles blunted after penetrating vial

Yes, this ^^^^^^ is what I've been doing recently and I swear I notice a difference. I'm just asking here to try and see if I'm just imagining things or if this is a possibility. Appears to be more of a probability than a possibility...... all I know is: I'm definitely using virgin needles for...

    Needles blunted after penetrating vial

Fascinating results so far.... 2 out of 3 seem to concur that dulling the needle is likely, or at least possible. I'm surprised.

    Needles blunted after penetrating vial

Have any of you guys noticed that the needles seem to be getting blunted (or dulled in some way) after pushing through a vial? I've been doing TRT for ~7 years now, with mostly pain-free injections into quads, but sometimes it felt like the needles were dull (with some pain), while other times...

    31g insulin syringes

Yeah, me too, 25ga. My 'trick' is to line up the bevel with the muscle fibers. Less damage (and pain) to delicate fibers that way. Much less post-injection pain too. At least, this 'bevel method' works for me.

    Supplements for extreme muscle pain?

Yeah, this ^^^^^^ I had Lyme, but caught it early. Ticks can carry over 20 diseases, and cause MUCH suffering when those bugs kick in. A small tick can bite you and you'd never know it, the little sucker would simply fall off after a few days (after it's had a nice blood meal), and then the...

    Age 60+ and on TRT

I'm 68, been self-injecting (100mg/wk) for about 8 years. You should learn how to give yourself the shots. Very easy, and less pain once you master the techniques. 18 months ago I weighed 175lbs, and at 6'2" I was looking skinny. I was an avid hiker, but no weights, plus I had been doing mostly...

Different brands of T-Cyp give me varying results

Here's a pic. Unfortunately, I don't have packaging for the 'good' brand that I used for ~6 years. (EDIT: I can't get the pic to rotate 90*. Don't know why it's displaying that way. Sorry)

Different brands of T-Cyp give me varying results

Yes, I agree with you 100%. However, this was not a one-time deal. I used the 'offending' brand for about three months, and felt foggy/lazy/tired the whole time. I was wracking my brain trying to figure out what I had changed... maybe my diet.. maybe something else.... but I had no definitive...

Different brands of T-Cyp give me varying results

As stated in title - different brands of T-Cyp appear to give me varying results. Has anyone else experienced this at all? I've been self-injecting about 100mg/wk for almost 8 years now. Through experience, I've learned to administer virtually painless injections. Interestingly, after a few...

Older guy with an unexpected problem

I'm 68. Been doing the self-injected protocol (100mg/week) for about 8 years now. Seems to work pretty good. Wish I didn't need it, but glad it's available.

Alternative to metformin, next best option?

Here's a list of supplements I used with very good results (from Dr. Whitaker). Of course, you also need to eliminate certain sugar-spiking foods (I'm sure you know what those are), plus you need some sort of regular exercise program which makes you sweat. Vitamin B complex Alpha Lipoic Acid...

Major Low T symptoms but normal Blood work?

I realize you're not the OP, but this info may help him. I had my air quality tested because I did discover mold in some areas, and I was feeling off-kilter. I used this company: Sampling Kits - Home Air Check Here's Page 3 of an 8-page report they compiled for me: The tests & report covered...

Major Low T symptoms but normal Blood work?

Start with the basics. Try eliminating certain foods. Maybe you have mold or other toxins in the air. Maybe even Lyme disease. My goodness, the list of possibilities is almost endless when it comes to a "mystery illness". I oughta know, I have been in that category for about 10 years. Some days...
