When testicle size increases, what happens?

Does anybody know if Testicular size/volume would change for a guy on HCG monotherapy? I'm only asking out of curiousity.

Cypionate could be in very short supply very soon

Maybe it's just a coincidence but I went to renew my prescription at costco and was told they were out. They were unsure when they'd get more since their suppliers were out of stock.

    Running out of T early

If you try to manipulate the results by underdosing how will you know your real numbers once you start increasing your dose until you "feel good"?

So many post on low Shbg, what range is low shbg?

It's definitely made an improvement and I'll continue TRT for the long haul. I've changed the things I can such as injection frequency and IM vs SQ. Daily injections or SQ weren't for me so I've settled on EOD shallow IM. I've varied the dose from 80 mg/wk to my current 120 mg/wk. I'd be very...

So many post on low Shbg, what range is low shbg?

I can relate to ERO as my SHBG sits around 12. Although I have seen some improvements in brain fog, body composition and libido I feel emotionally flat, don't recover well from the gym, have poor erections, and still feel fatigued. Overall TRT has improved my quality of life, just not as...

Blood coming out from Delt injection Shallow IM?

How often do you guys leak blood after an injection? I inject shallow IM EOD and rotate between glutes and delts. I'm going to guess I leak blood 40-50% of my injections. Does this seem like a lot?

    Head Injury and Low Testosterone

I suffered a head injury mountain biking 8 years ago at 36. Started showing all the classic symptoms of low T afterwards. Was put on TRT at 39 after 3 blood tests over the previous year had T in the low 200's ng/dL (sub 9 nmol/L). I'm a low SHBG (12 nmol/L) guy and was mid range for bioavailable...

Anyone have a good solution for back acne?

I'm curious how old those of you are that are complaining of acne. I'm 44 and have been prone to acne since starting trt 5 years ago. Is this something that will continue into my 50s, 60s, 70s etc? Or does something change as we age? I mean I can't remember the last time I've seen someone over...

Treatments for Men who Fail to Benefit from ED Medications

I had pre ordered The Rocket back in December which is an at home gainswave device. Due to Covid and now a lawsuit I'm not sure when it'll actually be delivered. I'll report back with my results (if any) when I finally get it.

Cialis / Tadalafil in Canada? Overpriced?

I have a great doctor and already have an Rx. I just wish I could find a cheaper source since my insurance won't cover it.

    Gene's Nitric Oxide Stack

Unfortunately for me Sam's Club no longer exists in Canada

    Gene's Nitric Oxide Stack

It would be really helpful if the original post included recommended sources for the stack. I'd love to give this stack a try but the cost in Canada is prohibitive for me. The tadalafil, l-arginine and l-citrulline alone are close to $20/day

Cialis / Tadalafil in Canada? Overpriced?

@Mountain Man are you from Canada as well? Do you mind sharing the cost from GoodRX? I'm currently buying from Costco but the cost is almost prohibitive. The generics are only slightly cheaper at Costco. I imagine it'd be the same at other pharmacies as well. Only a guess but if the patent...

The efficacy of ED drugs alone or in combination with alpha-blockers for the treatment of ED

Is doxazosin a prescribed medication? I'd like to give this a try with my daily cialis but don't know the best way to source this in Canada. Are there any OTC alpha blockers that would also work well with cialis?

Got a Tadalafil Rx and holy cow

I'm take 5mg daily but haven't found it effective. I've never considered chewing it but will give it a try to see if I see an improvement

Cialis / Tadalafil in Canada? Overpriced?

Price is ridiculous in Canada and unfortunately most insurance companies won't cover it. I remember reading that the patent expires some time this year. My urologist did say that it would be OTC in the near future so hopefully prices will be reasonable then.

    Liver concerns on TRT?

Thanks for the reply. Like I said I didn't come across anything about the liver. I know that orals are harmful but he's adamant that even injectable T can cause elevated liver enzymes.

    Liver concerns on TRT?

I've been on trt for the past 5 year. It took almost 2 years to get started because it was difficult to get doctors on board. During those pre TRT years I tried to gather as much info as I could. Now a friend of my just started but he's concerned that testosterone is hard on the liver. I...

Dosing at the end of a vial

Rarely (if ever?) has a vial had the correct volume for my injection. I inject .32 ml every 2 days. Today I had .4 ml left. Normally I would draw my .32 then use the rest in my next injection when I open a new vial. Today I decided I would just use the .4 ml left in one injection. What do you...

Crystallized Cypionate - have I correctly dosed?

Nobody finds it weird that the testosterone crystallized? I've never seen or heard of this happening.

    What is considered low testosterone?

The article just gives normal ranges. It doesn't answer the OP's question of being in range for free/bioavailable but being below range in TT. I know that I was initially turned away with a TT of under 300 yet being in range for bioavailable T.

    test 720, what now?

Since the labs show "normal" T levels I would look elsewhere. Depression also mimics low T symptoms. Stress and high cortisol could hurt body comp. Body comp is also limited by genetics. There are plenty of guys I know that eat lean, train hard and still look meh, even when using PED's

Splitting T dosage to reduce DHT spike

Actually my doctor would prefer if it were higher. My TT is usually between 680-750. Even at these levels my DHT and bio available are at the top of/slightly over range.

Splitting T dosage to reduce DHT spike

I'd also like to know if it's possible to lower DHT to reduce the side effects. Since starting TRT I've noticed considerable hair loss and acne.

Compounding Pharmacies v. Big Pharma in Canada

I've read a few times of people going to compound companies to get their testosterone. I'm in Toronto, Canada and would like to know if this is available to Canadians. If so, why do people use it vs the brand names you'd get at a pharmacy?

    TRT - Should I?

I agree that that part if not most of your problems may be due to over training. Too much steady state cardio can have a negative impact on cortisol and testosterone. Try switching to a HIIT for your cardio 2-3 x's instead of 7 days a week of SS cardio. It's been proven to burn more calories...
