    Elevated hematocrit

sometimes donating makes a small difference, mine went from 53 to 52 from donating, however I started drinking a gallon of water a day, 4 - 32oz. cups it's easier than you think over the course of a day. the following test hema went to 48 without donating.

    High Hematacrit

Vince, I've been a long time user of ppi's, and know the N.O. problems it causes but how do you get around not using them without the acid discomfort ?

Effects on RBC/Hematocrit and blood donation

Vince, my I had a change in hematocrit from 53 to 52 after my first phlebotomy, the next test 6 weeks later I had no phlebotomy since redcross will only draw every 56 days, however I did start drinking at least a gallon of water a day and my last test it was 48! A fluke? I don't know but I was...

Why is Nutrakey suplements so expensive? Is it worth it?

roadglide, I bought some nutra-key arginine and citrulline powder, and yes they are expensive but in the powder form you get a lot more grams for the money. I had to reduce the cost of using Gene's stack also, all I use is the argininine, citrulline, tadalifil once a day and beetroot. It still...

    Clomid/Arimidex test results

With a protocol like that it sounds like you have a doc who has a good knowledge of TRT,

    Clomid/Arimidex test results

Tumbleweed, sometimes you can't wait until a Dr. "offers" to change things, you have to be your own advocate. Once you feel you've given your protocol ample time and feel it's not helping, try to push for another direction. Your blood work and how you feel will tell the tale.

    Clomid/Arimidex test results

I've been on the same protocol as you for 3months and although it has raised my total T levels several hundred points and my free T it also significantly raised my estrogen and SHBG which in turn cancels out my free T. What I've come to understand clomid has a large occurrence of increasing...

Man, for such low T levels you still have good muscle mass, you get your levels up and making gains should be pretty easy, I'm at 50 also and my joints aren't as into making gains as they used to be. Good luck welcome to the site

    Potatoes vs white rice

white rice, brown rice, potato's, no potato's, is it really gonna matter that much ? I keep myself in shape so I can enjoy my food without the constant worry about what i'm eating. I try to stay away from chemicals and eat fresh but eating damn good food is a good time to me

Men with low T report similar satisfaction on Clomid as they do on testosterone replacement

I really haven't felt better on it, as far as raising T levels it's worked well but there seems to be something missing in the process that's not working to change the low T symptoms. I believe there hasn't been enough research on clomid use for TRT it may be useful in restarting your production...

Men with low T report similar satisfaction on Clomid as they do on testosterone replacement

I've been on clomid for 3 months now and yes it increased my T levels significantly but it hasn't made me feel near as good as I have on testosterone, if they gave clomid to low t men and it upped their levels and made them feel a little better than of course you can mark it as improvement, but...

    Trt restart

after 2 weeks ? there's no way your levels will stabilize in that amount of time, it will take several months. If you are serious about what you are wanting to do then having labs done already is not going to tell you anything accurately.

Apo E 3/4's and 4/4's can't remove mercury from their brains. So they get alzheimers ?

Pretty interesting Vince, Alzheimer's is some scary stuff, and the part about the MIT Dr. thinking that statins help cause Alzheimers ? I've always thought they were bad news

    New Old Guy!

olddawg, I get your concern with costs and medicare but Defy is very affordable and starting of with the wrong doc and trying to work through the wrong protocol later will be even more expensive, not to mention at your age why lose the time involved. It won't cost you anything to at least...

Therapeutic Phlebotomy...local Quest and Labcorp refuse to do it

I had blood drawn at a red cross blood drive and it was no problem, filled out the normal paper work they did the finger prick seen my hematocrit was high, asked if I was there on Drs. orders and drew it, no problems.

    Hypochondriac:

Sterling, it comes down to whats more important, your quality of life or a great head of hair and it seems like your more interested in dialing in your hair meds than your TRT meds. I'd love to have some of my hair back but I wouldn't trade it for the shape I'm in at 49, I get far more...

    Just signed up....

Welcome MalibuSurfer, I'm sure if you are studying the site you'll notice that 2mg of anastrozole a week is a lot and that bi-weekly injections of the test would be more beneficial, also the 45 day cycle of HCG ? probably a waste of the product. No doubt you'll get the best advice here.

    New and reading.

sublimed, To save yourself a lot of time and frustration make sure you start off with an experienced TRT doc, If you've been reading through the site you've no doubt read about the negligence of uniformed docs, Defy is very easy and affordable I've been with them for several months now...

Will Clomid work to reduce elevated estradiol? More effectively than Anastrozole?

    Gene's Nitric Oxide Stack

I've been on Gene's stack minus the Cialis(made my lower back ache) and the doxazosin and it worked great, added beetroot powder and worked even better. this routine is hard to stick to unless you have plenty of disposable income and free time to take this much stuff 3 times a day. a recent...

Will Clomid work to reduce elevated estradiol? More effectively than Anastrozole?

Clomid is taken to increase natural test production, I currently take 15mg daily, so as an anti-estrogen I can't see using clomid at all it would probably increase your E2. The anastrozol dose ERO gave is what I use

    Clomid and BW Update

eddy, did you start the AI ? if so do you feel any different. I got my new BW and my TT went from 230 to 922 but my SHBG also shot up as did my estradiol and hemacrit which is why I think I still don't feel great.

    clomiphene

bdad , I've been on clomiphene 15mg for a month now, which is through Defy, and seems to be helping but not sure how much. I'm getting another blood test this week to see where it's put my levels. I've started to feel more energetic but nothing to rave about, i'll give it another month to...

Testosterone therapy benefits men with Crohn’s disease

iman, the problem with trying to put on weight with crohns is that you don't have the ability to aborb the same amount of nutrients as someone without it. your body just cant get enough calories, protein, etc. aborbed through the intestinal tract to gain.
