So does it matter when you dose the AI if it's just going to reach steady-state anyway?

I've got people telling me to take the AI the day of injections as well. Is there any data to back up one method vs. the other?

Hey everyone, so my doc has agreed to 2x weekly cyp injections. With that said, I will be doing: Monday/Thurs for everything. 50mg cyp, 500iu HCG, 1/4 tab arimidex. Does this look good? Or should I dose the A-dex the day after?

Alright - getting to the point where the doc has submitted the scripts. Was only able to get him to agree to once a week TEST injections so far, but he did say he's not ruling out moving to two. Anyways, once a week is what I have right now, so I'm looking for suggestions on the best timing...

Ok, so what I'm hearing is: For HCG, use 29g .5" SUBQ For Test, use 29g .5" IM in quad or delt Correct?

So sub Q for both Test and HCG? Or IM with the Test in the delts or quads? Is .5" long enough to accomplish this?

I think I'm going to try this to start off: 100mg Test Cyp (50mg 2x per week) - Mon/Thurs 1000iu HCG (500iu 2x per week) - Mon/Thurs .5mg Adex (.25mg 2x per week) - Mon/Thurs Thoughts? Also - is there a need to "backfill" with DHEA/pregnenolone, etc.? Or does HCG take care of the "backfilling'.

In regards to long term use, side effects, etc. rather than Clomid plus adex. I just started Adex so I will have to wait and see how I feel on this protocol.

Estrone is high so I guess that's why. Should I try .5mg/week instead? Or would HCG mono therapy be better altogether?

My 1st choice would be a doc face to face. I'm seeing a doc now (I'm on Clomid), but am not completely happy with the treatment. My T level is 550 on 12.5mg/day but my Estradiol (ultra-sensitive test) is 55 on a scale of <=29. I saw her today to discuss the Estradiol levels and she said it...

Just got back from the doc. Apparently 55 on a scale of <=29 isn't enough to warrant Anastrozle. Checking bloods again in 1 month to see if it's still elevated. Question - at what blood level should I be worried about Estradiol affecting breast tissue, etc.?

My problem is that my Total T would probably drop into the high 300's or 400's. What could be the cause of the that high of Estradiol reading? 550's total test isn't even that high.

Anyone receive treatment from a doc in Columbus, Ohio?
