Been on Trestolone for 2 weeks

It is note on the 2004 list. It was not explicitly added by DASCA in 2014 either. But it is implicitly added by DASCA 2014. However, as I noted in my post it is implicitly added by the legal language that makes any compounds that are similar to testosterone to be considered anabolic steroids

Ask The Urologist Anything (Dr Michael Rotman)

Dr Rotman Thanks for you time on this board. Maybe you did not see my original question Maybe it is something that you can research as well. What is the hormonal ramifications of lowering SHBG besides increasing free T. If I understand correctly, SHBG also binds E2 and DHT. if that is...

Been on Trestolone for 2 weeks

I is completely ILLEGAL in the United States. It is covered by the Designer Anabolic Steroid Control Act (DASCA) of 2014 signed into law in Dec 2014 by Obama. That law (A) explicitly declared 24 compounds to be anabolic steroids and added them to the controlled substances list (the “List”) and...

Clomid & Testosterone: Why they don't work together - By Mike Gaiso

As to why people seem to think highly of HCG for teste shrinkage and not so much clomid when HCG can cause desentisation 1 - HCG only desensitizes at very high levels, much higher than necessary to restore teste function 2- Those people who like HCG are on TRT. CLomid doesn't work on TRT for...

Clomid & Testosterone: Why they don't work together - By Mike Gaiso

I am not sure if you are still questioning whether Clomid will work with TRT, but it seems that you are. If so, reread my original post (I wrote the sticky). However, if you are still confused, I will offer this. Think of it this way, the Hypothal will not release GNRH if it seems adequate...

    Blood Sugar: Metformin and Berberine

Can you describe the super intense work outs? I find that very interesting. Particularly, the effect of a workout could vary drastically based on intensity.

Elevated Liver Values - Should I Be Concerned?

Yes the study that you quote is exactly the one that I had in mind when I it has been born out in studies. However, go to the graphs of AST and ALT embedded in the link. You will see that the AST raise by 18 and ALT by 4 at the peak

Fish oil increasing cholesterol and suppress immune system??

Yes Fish oil in excess can lower immunity. It also can cause bleeding risks. Nothing funny about the statement. And no it is not a conspiracy from Big Bad Pharama. In fact, Pharma sell fish oil. Every compound has pluses and minuses. Natural aficionados have no problem recommending FO for...

Elevated Liver Values - Should I Be Concerned?

Strenuous exercise can cause elevated liver enzymes. This is because the so-called liver enzymes are not specific to the liver, they are in muscle as well. However, AST is in much greater concentration in muscle cells than is ALT. Thus, it stands to reason, and this has been born out in...

Dr Saya: Relative concentrations of various hormones in the body

This is great. I always wondered what the common levels were in people on TRT. I think though the free T is off? Otherwise, free t percent would be 0.3%. Either that or I am Superman at 242 pg/mL

Ask The Urologist Anything (Dr Michael Rotman)

Dr Rotman, Let me ask a similar question. If you know that amount of bioavailable testosterone, is there any value in knowing the total testosterone level? If so, why?

Ideally mimicking the body's testosterone process

I understand what you are trying to do. Make your TRT protocol as close to natural as possible. However, moving from once a week to twice a week while to little to achieve that in my view. Just look at the chart JDS posted. Depending on how you define a "peak", you could conclude that a...

Dr Rotman 1- do you think DHT is a protagonist in PCa? 2- do you think estrogen is a protagonist in PCa? 3- what do you think is the reason as to why finasteride and dustasteride were associated with higher rates of Aggressive PCa in the trials ?

    Help with arimidex dosing

responses to AIs vary. I know a guy running a cycle of 500mgs Test and does 1mg of AI 3x per week and his E2 is 30. So he says. If you response is proportionate to his, then you would only need 0.5mg for the week. BUT everyone differs. Nonetheless, Id go with 0.25mg take labs in a few...

SHBG: Does it just bind and render androgens useless or does it have a purpose?

Yes. I agree it is confusing. So I think for know we have to hedge our bets. I see from you order of affinity you have read Crisler's book. My understanding is that John believes that high levels of DHT don't matter unless it is affecting HCT. I am not so sure that is the case.

SHBG: Does it just bind and render androgens useless or does it have a purpose?

Great point. If you are saying that people are always trying to lower their SHBG like it is the devil and that this is an overly simplistic view, I couldn't agree more. Now I am not saying that SHBG doesn't matter But here is something that I always like to point out lowering SHBG not only...

Clomid & Testosterone: Why they don't work together - By Mike Gaiso

What do you mean when you say "when my Testosterone cycle is at it end"? Cycle always seem to refer to more of a BBer type use than TRT. You that you have remaining testosterone at the end of your cycle. I would imagine you mean after your cycle. Testing testosterone "at the end of" would...
