Hi, Just curious did you get a baseline IGF-1 prior to beginning ipamorelin/cjc1295? You may have seen this youtube video, the MD explains that peptides are very sensitive and to roll the vial, do not to shake the vial. There may be some damage but I would still use it.

What are your thoughts. I have already ordered the Ipamoreli and Sermorelin. Run Ipamorelin alone for 4 months, get dexa and lab tests to determine body composition changes and IGF-1. Then run the Ipamorelin+Sermorelin 4 months and repeat testing to see what changes have taken place.
