    Bringing dhea levels up

If canary club has the best price then use them - almost every single cortisol test I have seen goes to ZRT labs like you posted above. So find the outfit that provides the ZRT lab test at the cheapest price and run with it. 119 is cheaper than the 130 I paid from Vitaliving.

    Bringing dhea levels up

For cortisol the diurnal saliva test is the gold standard. Blood tests only give you a snapshot and 24 hour urine only gives an average. With the saliva you collect a tube at four times and can then plot out your cortisol pattern. Go with the diurnal 4x saliva and it usually also gives you...

In spite of all the worry the massage went by with no incident. All this and no story to tell haha

    Cialis Dilemma

Now that is funny. I'm not worried about the therapist as much as my lady. And truth be told she would probably laugh, but I'm just picturing the mayhem in my head!!

    Cialis Dilemma

I am going over the talk in my head and it sounds like talking to a kid "Baby, an erection is a natural thing. If it happens it doesn't mean I don't love you or that I want to go in the back room with the massage therapist......." Haha

    Cialis Dilemma

So, the 5mg daily works great. Maybe too well. Stiffy when the wind blows. So here is the dilemma. My lady decided we are going to get a couples massage tomorrow. I'm not sure it will go over too well if she looks over and sees me pitching a tent lol. So just rub one out before I go you...

    Eric's Labs

Thanks Chris. I will see if I can wrap my head around all this! I did find that the reference range I quoted was for laying down. Aldosterone range is 7-30 when standing or sitting. Considering I had just walked in and sat down when collected it should have been much higher than 3. Now to...

Nelson, thanks for the response. I would not say that my sodium is really high, but I do add about 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan salt to water twice a day. I have continued it because it seems to have helped with energy and blood pressure. The things I have read on STTM and Wilsons book seem to have...

January 2014 Testing Results Cortisol results are in and they seem to look decent, but here we go DHEAs 7.9 (2-23) Cortisol AM 4.3 (3.7-9.5) Cortisol Noon 2.6 (1.2-3.0) Cortisol PM 1.4 (0.6-1.9) Cortisol Night 0.4 (0.4-1.0) I would have expected my night levels to be higher because I was...

Two questions about applying transdermal testosterone

I used to apply to the upper legs and inner thighs and had no issues wth absorption. My doctor also recommended rotating application sites because his opinion was that most men become non-responders in part due to our own defenses (body finds a way to shut down absorption since the skin is...

Are You Gaining Weight Without a Reason?

How timely. I just posted in my bloodwork thread that I have gained 10 pounds (170 to 180) in the past 2 weeks. I haven't changed anything so I am scratching my head. Time to compare against this diagram! Thanks

    Eric's Labs

Something else that is odd. My weight has always changed very gradually and is pretty consistent. I have gained about 10 pounds in the past 2 weeks (170 to 180). I haven't really changed anything other than stopping the brief trial of NDT (thyroid med). I don't know if anything in the labs...

My treatment for anxiety and poor sleep

Is there a benefit with the CALM injection over taking them orally? I assume better utilization. I take those ingredients orally but would consider this.

    Testosterone Health Insurance Advice ?

Tm, it seems like you are dealing with separate issues or at least maybe you should look at it that way. One is health insurance for just about everything and the next is for TRT. If TRT is not covered by a plan then you really aren't out that much. Most of the labs should be covered by...

Help and Advice Needed Pleaseeee !

I'm sure some folks on here will chime in with better answers but Are you on aromatase inhibitor? If so it diesnt appear you need to be. Alcohol increases estrogen. Soy can increase estrogen. Weight gain. Increase T levels. Obviously some of these aren't healthy so hopefully some folks will...

If your E2 is zero that will also cause vascular/erection issues. You really do need some estrogen!

    Eric's Labs

For some reason I can't edit the post, but Aldosterone is low even though in range. Found this on STTM If you are mid-or-below in the range, which is often 4.0 – 31.0 ng/dl , there is reason to be suspicious that your adrenals aren't producing enough, since healthy adrenals will...

I received results from most of the tests (awaiting cortisol tests result and then thyroid in a few weeks). For anyone's commenting pleasure if you see anything that stands out .... Glucose 66 mg/dl (odd this low as I was not fasting...) Potassium 4.5 (3.6-5.1) (has moved up since being low in...

    Bringing dhea levels up

The one just used was from vitaliving and was $130 for 4x cortsol plus DHEAs. I think most all the ones out there end up gong to ZRT labs, so just shop by price is my motto!

    Bringing dhea levels up

When mine were low my doc gave me a supplement called Adren-all and it really helped bring them up. Of course it is herbal with some adrenal extract and other stuff, but it seemed to work well. Not sure if it has stuck over a year later but I should have my 4x cortisol results any day.

    Stress and testosterone issues

Right there with you and our stories sound almost exact. Except maybe I am a few years ahead of you in the divorce. Unfortunately a lot of breaking the cycle is getting to a good place and acceptance. And letting go of guilt you may have with these events. Benzos helped me and then hurt me...

Under the skin testosterone injection pain and redness

I see folks on here referencing Shaun from EmpowerRx. I don't see him as a user on here. Interested in seeing if his opinion on this would be to try t cyp in grapeseed oil like an earlier poster rexommended. With each injection the burning and pain is getting worse. That tells me I am...

    Testosterone Health Insurance Advice ?

Go on Goodrx.com. you can get coupons and get t cyp for like $40. Hcg is around $90. There is no way it should be that much. Type in your area and drug and then pick the pharmacy you want to use.

    Testosterone Health Insurance Advice ?

My insurance covers the t cyp but not HCG since it is off label use. Funny though they cover arimidex, nolvadex and Clomid......

Stopped trt due to hair loss and need recovery protocol options/suggestions:

Possibly try a lower dose? 160mg a week is pretty hefty. Did you ever check DHT while on T to see if it was the cause? Assuming you are intent on restarting you may need to kick off Bass suggestion by doing HCG first. If your testes are shut down then you may have a hard time getting them...

Am I eligible to take TRT (Testosteron Replacement Therapy)

Please provide the lab ranges as folks have requested. You also asked if there is a medicine that can maintain T levels - Clomid has been successful for some in doing this. However, you look like you have good levels of LH, so your issue may be pituitary related. At that point I believe the...
