This is true, I have a lower SHBG and am approaching 1 year on TRT and the last 2 months have given me the best results thus far.

at e3.5d I required .22mg AI 3 times per week. This kept my E2 around 40, with TT at 1050 E2 of 40 was a good ratio. After switching to EOD injections I still require AI of 3 times per week, so not a whole lot of change for me. I havent puled E2 yet, waiting a few more weeks.

I am not down to the single digits low, but do have some of the symptoms you mentioned. The muscle twitching, heat intolerance (I work outside too), and the weight gain in the abdominal area. I cant blame the weight gain on SHBG alone, many factors are involved here.
