38 Weeks in TRT + hCG blood test

You're right I should be getting the sensitive test, but I haven't gotten around to asking PrimeBody about it. I will do so for my next test and ask about that. Normally I'm great at injecting at just the right time and day but my recent roommate is kinda nosy. Also due to a transportation...

38 Weeks in TRT + hCG blood test

I take 120 mg of Testosterone Cypionate IM injection once a week and 500 units of hCG SQ injections twice a week. I no longer take an AI to reduce Estradiol, I haven't for almost 6 months. Just wanted to show this for any comments. Total Testosterone, Serum: 1043 ng/dL (264-916) HIGH...

Cialis (Tadalafil) steady-state blood level literature

There were two other papers from 2016 that agree with the study you posted from 2017 that shows a lack of evidence that sildenafil citrate and other PDE5 inhibitors, including tadalafil and vardenafil cause melanoma. Pottegård posited that increase in health-care contact led to early detection...

Cialis (Tadalafil) steady-state blood level literature

Thanks everybody. I should also mention that tadalafil's pharmacokinetics are linear. We tend to take this for granted, but not all medications are that simple. In other words, doubling the dosage of tadalafil will double its plasma concentration. The excretion has a steady rate, so in half...

Cialis (Tadalafil) steady-state blood level literature

This paper is from 2010, but I'd like to draw attention to it as steady-state has been emphasized in threads about HRT. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2939761/ Here are some things covered in this study: 1. Steady state of tadalafil is reached after 5 days. This is probably why...

    Gene's Nitric Oxide Stack

I've been taking Arginine, Citrulline and Pycnogenol for a month now and it works alright for vascularity in the gym. I didn't get much difference from the horny goat weed so I won't keep it in the stack right now, but then again I hadn't started using tadalafil yet reportedly has a synergistic...

MALE BIRTH CONTROL PILLS: This is a REALLY Bad Idea

Thalidomide is often cited as the reason pharmaceutical companies have to isolate each enantiomer of a compound to prove both are safe; if only one is they can only use one (for example the SSRI Lexapro). Enantiomers were already known and it was very reckless that thalidomide was ever...

Skinny Fat - Help me get in shape.

I'm like 29 but I've only been in the gym maybe 2 years. I started with compound lifts and got stronger but also fatter, my first cut made me lose way too much strength, but I still looked and felt a lot better than before. So now that I've been on TRT for almost 8 months, I'm stopping the...

Penis Enlargement Exercises Let Get Real

I've only been successful with exercises like that. Nothing more than an inch in length or half an inch in girth, not including water retention. Most stuff doesn't work, but in my opinion manual exercises done right with discipline can lead to good results after a year, just not the 3-4 inches...

The absolute nonsense that a high fat diet is bad for you.

Nice read. It's hard for people to understand what kind of things we ought to eat with all the marketing out there and the choices we have at restaurants and grocery stores, there's just so much misinformation in the dieting world it makes your head spin. I do think that many people can't...

The LabCorp Experience: Then and Now

I just did blood-work with them yesterday. My doctor provides me with a blood requisition form after I pay a fee. I can walk-in or make an appointment there I just hand them the form, sign-in on the clipboard, get my blood drawn and leave in less than 3 minutes. I hope I can continue to work...

    First week on TRT questions

OP you will need to wait 6 to 8 weeks for it to be more normal. If your doctor doesn't start you on an AI that's probably good, it's probably better to reassess with your next bloodwork I'm assuming once you reach steady state and he will decide if that protocol is right for you. I'm far from...

    TRT at 29?

I agree with tapering off. I mistakenly quit cold turkey and had they strange cold/hot sensations constantly shivering for over a week and had no idea what was going on. Paroxetene withdrawal is the second strongest SSRI withdrawal, doable but not recommended.

    TRT at 29?

I was on SSRIs for 10+ years, including throughout all my puberty years. Afraid to say that did a number on me, although I found that one of my brothers also suffered from low T as well, but I don't quite know how low.

7 months TRT, noticing dramatic progress in the gym

I'm not as old as you but I'm 29. Still young but getting up there. I'm okay with working out 5 days a week, I made this thread because I noticed I feel capable of doing that now. I recently read that although recovery is important, soreness isn't an excuse to skip a day, and that soreness...

7 months TRT, noticing dramatic progress in the gym

I thought as much Mountain Man, it's probably better that there isn't another way than real discipline. One of my friends recently suggested I switch to StrongLift routine. I feel like my routine is working right now but I think this StrongLift guy has a lot of great advice I wasn't taking to...

7 months TRT, noticing dramatic progress in the gym

Damn guys, I need to change my routine soon and really start eating more if I want to get big as you. Did you have to bulk and cut just like everybody else? I've heard even on TRT you cant get cut and gain that much muscle mass at the same time, except maybe if you use some peptides which I...

7 months TRT, noticing dramatic progress in the gym

Also my mistake, I got that hCG calculator from the forum and found I'm taking 500iu twice a week. I've still suffered some shrinkage, but nowhere near as bad as the initial shutdown when I first started TRT. Perhaps I will bring it up with my doctor during next test.

    Workout Nausea and Nitric Oxide

What issues did you have with your previous NO stack you mentioned at the start of that thread, Vince? At any rate, while I still have Arginine I will just make sure I take it after a meal and after I've already exercised. I had no issues this morning using Citrulline and Pycnogenol before my...

    Workout Nausea and Nitric Oxide

I've used Citr. Malate before but I forgot to get it this time. The reason why I took it on an empty stomach it was recommended on the jar of L-Arginine. I'm sure I can get some use out of this in smaller doses, but I will keep your advice in mind and cut it out of my supplements once I'm done...

    Workout Nausea and Nitric Oxide

I recently started taking a Nitric Oxide stack. I took this in water yesterday afternoon but I found it hard to swallow. So I woke up this morning and I drank the following mixed half a cup of cranberry juice, to mask the flavor of L-Arginine by neutralizing its alkalinity, didn't taste it at...

7 months TRT, noticing dramatic progress in the gym

My hCG dose is 250 units twice a week. I don't take an AI by the way, I was originally on it but made me feel absolutely terrible and now I don't take and have only felt better, no apparent side effects but I'll be doing my 36 week blood test next month to see about hematocrit. As far as...

7 months TRT, noticing dramatic progress in the gym

I started talking test cypionate 120mg once a week with hCG about 7 months ago. Unfortunately, I was unable to access a gym to really see how it helps anabolically until this month. The most I used to workout was 3 days a week, and I'd be sore often even after over a year of training. Getting...

More Frequent Shipments and backup supply

No I don't have to call them, it gets shipped automatically. I would consider it short least if it was like before, where I ran out of my supply before my next one came. This can also let me change the types of syringes, etc. I'm not changing my script for HCG and Test, but I see how it lets...

More Frequent Shipments and backup supply

So my provider switched me from 8 week supplies to 5 week supplies as they see it more appropriate to help maintain communication. This came as a surprise because I suddenly got a package only 4 weeks after my last 8 week supply, so that was when I talked to them about it. I have no issue with...

    Blackhawk's journey with TRT

I had a pretty different experience with IM shots in my thigh. I only experience soreness starting 24 hours after the injection. This only happened the first two weeks though and would last like 48hours, but now I have no soreness due to the injection at all. As recommended, I inject slowly...

    Measuring testosterone dosage in syringe

You should go bigger in my opinion. It is safer for your syringe volume to have at least twice the volume that you will inject at one time, or else you risk pulling the plunger out when you draw it. If you are backloading them then it's not as big of a deal, but I'm not a fan of doing that. I...

Low Serum Testosterone in Outpatient Psych Clinics

I was on an SSRI for like a decade going into my 20s. Been off of it for almost a decade before I checked my test levels, which were clinically low in free test. There's evidence that it's genetic based off of something things from other family members, but I suspect SSRIs can have an effect...

    Issue with Prime Body

So I've been on TRT for 16 weeks through Prime Body and noticed my shipment didn't have tracking yet and I couldn't get feedback from my coordinator or doctor. So I make a call and find out my coordinator no longer works with Prime Body and that I had been dropped. They still had my info but...

    Estradiol Issues

I'm still waiting for my next bloodtest, but I haven't been on an AI now for over a month. I feel better than before because I used to get really sore joints and anger issues when I had incredibly low E2. All that's gone away, but I still want to see what my E2 is at. I haven't noticed any...
