Been there too. Don't forget to massage and stretch your lats as well. When your lats get tight getting into a proper OH position becomes really hard and it can possibly create subacromial impingement.

Well, the way I look at it, if TRT improves my quality of life, one or two injections a week is not that a big price to pay.

They're probably not idiots, they're just following outdated protocols.

I use a 2ml insulin siringe, draw with a 21g needle and inject with 30G into the outer portion of the quads. Really easy and painless.

Repeat the tests in a few weeks. If total T keeps being that low ask your doctor to identify the cause and maybe try a restart with Clomid. If that doesn't work TRT might be the only answer.

That was what I was gonna suggest. Maybe the cumulative effect of daily injections affected your TT and E faster than you thought.

If your E is at 52 on just 100mg T a week you might need that amount of AI. As others suggested, start low, maybe 0.5 a week, and give it a few weeks before eventually increasing the dosage.

Are you sure you need that much T every week? Maybe lowering your dose might help. I personally think you're still at high E. I've been at high E both with and (almost) without symptoms, depending on how long I was on a specific protocol. Sometimes it takes time for the symptoms to appear.
