Two and One-Half Years on Daily Injections: Stability Maintained

Ha, cool, thanks. That's basically what I do as well. I've found the belly fat shots to be the easiest, surprisingly. They never hurt and there's never any leakage from those injection spots. My shoulder shots tend to leak a tiny bit.

Two and One-Half Years on Daily Injections: Stability Maintained

Coast, where do you typically inject? I've been injecting daily for almost a year now, and just got back some puzzling numbers that I'll be posting about soon. Sometimes I wonder if my various injection locations, which I don't keep very good track of, affect how well my protocol works.

    Daily Injections of Testosterone

That's pretty much what Nelson does, all one syringe, no backloading or swapping needles out. He has a video demonstrating: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0uXoBb6mkys

    my bloods , libido issues

Nope, no AI. Like I said, before I switched to daily, my e2 was always out of control and I was unable to address it successfully with an AI (anastrozole in my case). I'm injecting subQ with a 29g 1/2 inch needle (although you could probably call that shallow IM). I inject in my shoulders and...

    my bloods , libido issues

Before I went daily I was injecting 140 mg once a week. Now I'm doing 22 mg once a day. I also do 500 IU of HCG three times a week (that part I haven't changed).

    my bloods , libido issues

I've been on daily injections for about six or seven months now, and I love it. It has lowered my e2 dramatically. My e2 fell to 22, where earlier on a weekly protocol with similar T levels it had been around 40. Overall my body feels much happier with the daily protocol. But like Coastwatcher...

    my test is too high

Gotta chime in… 800 is a perfectly normal T level (I assume we're talking ng/dL) and most likely totally unrelated to your DHEA supplementation. Your doctor doesn't have the slightest idea what he's talking about. EDIT: Also I'm confused… if your T is "too high" why is your doc...

    Daily Injections of Testosterone

My hematocrit typically would be over 50% or close to it without a phlebotomy. But last I checked it was 44%… that was after about four months of daily injections. Jury's still out for me on hematocrit, though, since I recently raised my dosage a hair. I'll know more in a couple months.

    Daily Injections of Testosterone

Vince - Cool! Yes, I'd noted that you guys were reporting good hematocrits with daily injections, so I'm thrilled that I'm getting similar results.

    Daily Injections of Testosterone

Thought I'd chime in, since I haven't posted in awhile. Still doing daily injections, and still loving it. I've recently settled with 29g 1/2 needles with a smaller .3 cc syringe. The larger demarcations on the smaller syringes make it easier to see what I'm doing and draw a precise dose. I had...

Twenty One Months of Daily Injections - Lab Update

Thanks for the update, CW! Six weeks and counting for me on daily injections. Feeling really good. I'm going to run labs at some point in the next couple weeks.

    Blood Pressure

Personally I've noticed a correlation between my blood pressure and my hematocrit. More of a theory, really. Also it's probably noteworthy that I've had hypertension since long before I started TRT, so perhaps my body is unusually sensitive to increased blood viscosity. Back in late 2013 after...

My Experiment to Optimize Hematocrit and Iron

I would say Nelson is right, there's got to be more going on than just TRT raising your hematocrit. Blood donations usually knock my hematocrit down so far I don't have to donate again for about three-four months. For example, last time I gave blood, on December 20, 2016, my hematocrit was 50...

My Experiment to Optimize Hematocrit and Iron

Jeez, thanks Vince! This is the first I've heard of this, and I've been on omeprazole or esomeprazole for a couple of years now. I've tried to wean myself off of it, but it's been difficult. I have a hiatal hernia that I need to get checked out. This info convinces me I need to get on the ball...

    IGF-1, Testosterone and Cancer

:) That's the thing, I don't know why it was so high! I never did TRT before, and I never even heard of sermorelin before I read this thread. That high IGF-1 was actually one of the reasons I decided to stop eating meat, but I really wasn't eating an unusual amount of it before. So it's a kind...

    IGF-1, Testosterone and Cancer

At no point during my four years on TRT have I seen evidence of exogenous testosterone raising my IGF-1. In fact, it's actually fallen while I've been on TRT, but that could be due to my plant-based diet. In the past three years since I went plant-based, it's slowly fallen from 347 ng/ml to...

EOD Injections - first day is bad, second half of second day feel great. Thoughts on why?

Man, that's frustrating… reminds me of when I was wrestling with my twice-weekly dosages. I was never able to get it dialed in. I'm doing an every-day protocol now, which so far is working pretty well, but I'm only two weeks into it so we'll see. I agree with Vince that maybe your current...

    Daily Injections of Testosterone

Yeah, on that most recent blood draw it was 16.7 nmol/l. That's roughly where it's been the four years I've been on TRT, except for one year (2014) when it fell to 10 and climbed its way back up during the course of the year. No idea why that happened. Six months before I started TRT it was...

    Daily Injections of Testosterone

Unfortunately, with that most recent weekly protocol, I don't know. It was only recently that I learned about DiscountedLabs, so I've been going on minimal data this whole time, which certainly was part of my problem.

    Daily Injections of Testosterone

Hi all! First time posting here. I've been lurking on this topic for awhile, and decided to give it a shot, as it were. I started doing daily injections on Monday, Feb 20… I think around the same time Vince started. I'm doing 20 mg daily. I'm only 11 days into this, but so far I love it...
