You want to get your DHT up, and you haven't tried gel on the scrotum, try Atrevis gel on the scrotum. My DHT level was 359 (12-65).

Hmmm. I'm always way over the top of the DHT range (with TT in range and FT slightly over the top) and don't feel great. Wonder if it's because of the HCG increasing 5AR?

Where do you inject? That is a small needle. I'd like to switch to EOD using this size of a needle but last time I tried subq EOD with 8mm 31g needle my T level went down quite a bit. I was injecting in my outer thigh. Thanks.

Thanks. Had the same thing with Dox. I also take tadalafil daily so that may have added to the hypotension. I was told to take Flomax after dinner so it will be eliminated slower via food. I need an alpha blocker as everything is tight down there, I believe due to excessive norepinephrine.

Not really. Actually was at the top of range with injections. Had heard about Atrevis and its results and wanted to try. With Atrevis (scrotal) my DHT was like 4 times the top of the range.

I don't have an exact number, I'm sure someone will, but it is very high. Most that apply there are over the top on T and DHT ranges. Only one click for me (50mg) had my FT over the top and my DHT three times the top of the range.

I believe one of the major overlooked factors in this regard is norepinephrine. Thats why alpha blockers (dox, flomax) result in better hang/EQ.
