Of course then, your numbers are based on a male population with declining T levels. If this is true, maybe Rouzier's 75-90 isn't far off. Is he trying to account for overall declining T levels? Could be.

What exactly is this "normal range" you refer to for E2? Some say there is no such thing. What is it based on? What are normal levels for healthy young males? Rouzier said between 75-90, I believe. Not sure what he bases this on.

If what you're saying is correct, and free E2 is what absolutely matters, akin to free T, then yes, most of the past discussions here over estradiol levels have been largely moot. So, how much does that free E2 lab run?

Skip to the 1-hour mark, and you will hear both sides. Dr. Nichols doesn't prescribe it; Dr. Kominiarek rarely does. Dr. Jim Meehan does use it with his patients, and gives his reasons here. Good info, I think.

Does anyone know Dr. Rouzier's position on the use of HCG, outside of fertility? I ask because some of his "followers" on the TOT Roundtable (Kominiarek, Nichols) do not prescribe it, except in extreme cases.

I read a claim that fish oil aromatization testosterone. I did some Googling, but found nothing. Any truth to this claim?

By the time a woman hits 65, her estrogen is low, and she becomes susceptible to Alz. If estrogen caused Alz, young women would get it since their estrogen is normal/high.

He could claim that since testosterone levels have been falling for decades now, these estradiol numbers are all sub-optimum.
