New labs tell me what you think

Looks like you're handling your low ferritin. 4000IUs of D3 daily will take care of your low Vitamin D. Everything else looks pretty damn good.

    Testosterone amd panic attack

Dude, Your posts are like a bad New York Times crossword puzzle. You leave us with a bunch of blanks, and no decent clues to fill them in. Your post quoted above is a perfect example of why nobody here knows what the hell is going on with you, or what it is you want exactly. Try to...

New Lab Results on Nandrolone plus T. Any suggestions?

Good to know. I have no experience with Nandrolone, but was wondering if it could have any effect on his TT level. That's one hell of a jump from a 700 trough to over 1500!

low e2 symptoms didnt go away after crash

OP, Any competent medical practitioner is going to want to see CURRENT LABS before he/she consults you. For some reason, you seem to be resistant to this...and I can't figure out why. I'm going to tell you what I tell so many other guys that come on here that are treating themselves...seek...

    Calcium D-glucarate

I'm taking 500mg twice a day. I've only been doing it for about 3 weeks, but so far no boost in libido. I'm taking it with DIM to try and lower my E2, before I go to daily injections or an AI.

New Lab Results on Nandrolone plus T. Any suggestions?

You're pinning the equivalent of 200mg of Test per week, and your TT is off the charts. Perhaps it's time to titrate down a little bit on that? You could also ease off on the Anastrozole to BIW, vice EOD. It's just my opinion, but I think your E2 is a little low. This alone could very well...

    New labs for your review/amusement

Don't let it get you down Vince. That dosage of AI is sure to bring your E2 down where it should be. I curious as to how you will feel once your E2 gets down into the 25-35 range.

    confused

Yeah...you can tell your doctor that you're there for a physical exam, and that if you want his uninformed opinion concerning TRT, you'll ask him for it. Won't discuss your symptoms until your TT level is below 240? Your doctor is an idiot. He's treating you (or not treating you, in this...

26 Years Old, Terrified to go on TRT - Only Option - Permanent Damage Caused? Please Help!

Audio, We need something to work with here. Post up your latest labs, and exactly what protocol you're following right now. You post was a little hard to follow. Thanks.

    New labs for your review/amusement

I certainly hope that he does. Vince is a smart guy, and has been attacking this problem systematically by removing the DHEA/Preg supplement, the T cream, and then by lowering his HCG dosage (which was already pretty damn low to begin with). In doing so he has just watched his E2 increase...

    Avoiding Anastrozole and Other Questions

With a sensitive E2 level that low, you're not going to have to worry about taking anastrozole right now. Once you start TRT, your E2 level will rise...it's just a matter of how much? After at least 6 weeks, you can reassess with some new labs. #1 most important thing is how you feel...

Pre TRT labs from Defy - anything stand out that I should dig into before Apt

Crazy, I agree with the other guys...you definitely need a full thyroid panel. With your TPO antibodies that high, it could be indicative of an autoimmune disorder (Hashimoto's or Graves disease). I would think that his would need to be addressed prior to TRT, but don't quote me on that...

    New labs for your review/amusement

Damn Vince...your numbers look pretty damn good except that darn E2. From what I can see, you're doing everything humanly possible to bring it down naturally, but it just isn't happening. You may have to just bite the bullet and start some low dose Anastrozole twice a week...I honestly don't...

7 weeks in, minimal improvement in total T, high estradiol

Build a base of Testosterone? Good God, you need to get educated on TRT, and you need to fire your doctor. She's clueless, and is doing you more harm than good. You're never going to feel good on that ridiculous protocol she has you on now. Do something smart now, and call Defy.

    newest test results question.

Pretty darn low, I'd imagine. I see EOD or daily T injections in his future. Weekly injections are ridiculous, and I don't think every 3.5 days is going to cut it, given his low SHBG. It's just something he's going to have to deal with if he wants to avoid riding the T roller coaster.
  16. Jackie Treehorn

    newest test results question.

Tim, My number one suggestion would be to find a doctor that knows TRT. You can find that doctor at Defy Medical. If you're spoon feeding your doctor on which labs to draw, and you're begging him to add HCG to your protocol, then he's the wrong doctor for you, because he lacks the requisite...

CSI listed 3 links right above my previous post. Dr. Saya gives him a lot of good advice in one of those threads.

Updated results from the labs - Bizarre results

That's all fine and dandy Chase, but keep in mind that your TT is now at a supra-physiological level. I can guarantee you that an Endo will not like this at all. This is not the goal of TRT, and problems/side effects can occur with sustained supra-physiological T levels. I'd really like to see...

Updated results from the labs - Bizarre results

Since you didn't list pre-TRT levels, we don't have anything to compare with these results. Nothing really bizarre here, other than your TT and free T levels being that high at your trough (especially given your low SHBG). At 200mg/week with these levels, you definitely have room to titrate...

Crashing or something else? Need some guidence.

I saw in some of the other threads that Dr. Saya gave you a lot of advice. Have you considered having a consultation with him for a second opinion of your protocol? While asking for advice here from the forum members is cool in a general sense, you have to remember that we're not doctors, nor...

    Sermorelin Dosage

Good question...I've often wondered that myself. Even if I were offered Sermorelin combined with GHRP-2 or 6, or both, I think I would pass. I've read about GHRP-6 causing ravenous hunger, and GHRP-2 to a lesser extent. I don't need or want that.

Crashing or something else? Need some guidence.

CSI, How long have you been on HCG mono-therapy? Are you under a doctor's care? Do you have any recent labs, so we can see what's going on with you? I'd really like to see your current sensitive E2 level. Are you taking any other meds? Sorry for all the questions, but you didn't really...

    Sermorelin Dosage

Yeah, I hear you...it's my most expensive med also. I've definitely lost some body fat over the past few months, but I'm not sure if that is due to working out, the Sermorelin, or both. At any rate, I've had to tighten up the belt a notch, and I'm happy with that. I made a commitment to...

Introduce an AI or Dosage Adjustment?

Ok, thanks. Weird that your E2 jumped higher when you moved to EOD injections. I can't explain that. When I went from every 3.5 days to an EOD schedule, my E2 dropped about 20 points.

Current labs would help. Would you consider the weight you put on "water weight?" I'm curious what your E2 levels are with you taking the test, HCG, and DHEA.

Defy reviews - not happy so far

You've been with Defy for almost a year, and they've given you no direction on your medication?? All of your consults over the past year with Dr. Saya or Dr. Crisler (when he was affiliated with Defy) resulted in them giving you no direction...that's what you're saying here? Sorry, but I've...

Introduce an AI or Dosage Adjustment?

Just relax, and give it a little time. Retest your E2 in a few weeks, and adjust your dosage accordingly. It's better to slightly increase your dosage if needed, instead of crashing your E2 because you took too much initially. Also, when did you draw blood in relation to your test injection...

New Guy - Problems with TRT

Your next move is to fire your current doctor, and get a medical professional that knows what he is doing. Way too many red flags here...dosage, no HCG...what else is this doctor going to subject you in the coming months? Cut to the chase, and call Defy Medical. You need them in the worst...

About to start TRT but concerned over labwork. Please help

Jinxeng, CoastWatcher is giving you some great advice here. Do yourself a big favor, and follow it. Spliting up the injections to every 3.5 days means less aromatization/less conversion to E2. You may never even need any anastrozole. If you take that much anastrazole without needing it...
