The best I ever felt, before lurking on this forum and thinking I just had to switch to injections :) was on 40mg of a generic androgel to my inner thigh. So, yes, he can feel good on that dose. 60 mg put me at 1200ish with that same generic gel to my inner thigh, but also caused light anxiety...

If you quit AIs and became emotional then that went away with time, I would love to hear from you. It might help me persevere. Otherwise I was just sharing a little about my journey in case someone was on a similar path.

Not sure where the information comes from, but I dropped my dose to 16 mg daily and my RBC and HCT numbers dropped within 3 weeks. Unfortunately so did the positive effects from TRT while the E effects were just as bad if not worse. So, now Ive tried 20 mg a day going back in for blood work...

When my estrogen is too high I can last forever in the bedroom. Even though your estradiol number isn't extremely high, you could consider taking a small dose of AI... .05 If it helps you know your estradiol is a little high.
