Travelling while on TRT to Australia - any advice?

I have heard Australia is one of the only countries that is hard to travel to with TRT. I don’t know why. One idea is to call the Australian consulate and have them write you a letter. Or go in in person if possible. I’ve done this for non-medical, visa related issues in a different country...

    Sub Q Injection thoughts...

I’ve been in subQ for the duration of my TRT (8 months or so). I got bumps and irritation doing subQ for the first few months, but I now think it’s because I didn’t really know how to inject perfectly. I learned in time, and I’m sure you will too. Going in at a 45 degree angle, not moving the...

    Weekly dose and lab ranges

Your ideal dosage is going to depend on your own body, and there’s huge variation between people and how they respond. For me, 144mg of test-e in EOD doses puts me around 650ng/dL. For many on this forum, they can achieve 1200ng/dL on 100mg a week or even lower in some cases.

Low Testosterone Not Linked to ED, Fatigue or Depression: Study

Maybe I’m mis-reading the abstract, but I don’t think they administered TRT. They looked at people’s total T and their symptoms and tried to see if there was a correlation. But obviously many problems with this kind of study, almost too many to list.

    Considering Moving to Daily Injections

I’m wondering, have you also looked into sleep apnea? I know it can make hematocrit increases more prominent.

Resources Needed To Debunk Testosterone and Heart Attack Connection

Wow, this is really upsetting. I hope you are able to figure something out soon. I don’t have the ability to hunt down links right now, but there are countless studies showing the testosterone level you currently have (< 200ng/dL) is highly linked with cardiovascular disease. Your current...

    Progesterone for sleep

I don't believe that finasteride "inhibits endogenous progesterone." I can't find any evidence of this and I don't know how it would. I saw there are a couple of "post finasteride" studies, but they are not very good studies for saying whether or not finasteride affects progesterone levels...

LDL particle size isn't that helpful in predicting CHD (coronary heart disease).

I’m also curious because I too have a family history but haven’t gotten a CAC yet (it’s in the cards). What were your lipids without the statin / niacin / etc?

average weekly T dosage on this forum

154mg / week of test-e in EOD doses gets me to ~650 TT, with SHBG of 45. Currently trying 20mg daily.

Advice and opinions needed/should I or shouldnt I?

Please note that prolonged dieting lowers GnRH and thus LH, thus will lower T levels. Natural bodybuilders are often sub 100 ng/dL before competition. Some of this is because of low body fat, but I suspect it’s just the caloric restriction itself. If you wanted to investigate further, you could...

SHBG is there an ideal level?

Did switching to daily fix hematocrit issues for you? Or do you think your hematocrit stabilized just because you’d been on TRT for a while?

    Motivation and Hcg

I think it's possible that the HCG increases your testosterone and/or estrogen to the point where your symptoms are relieved, and without the HCG you drop down into a state where you have symptoms. One way to test this would be to get a blood test (using e.g. discountedlabs.org) when you're off...

    Low-Dose Naltrexone

Interestingly, this drug may prevent HPTA shutdown on TRT: Naloxone/Naltrexone info There are studies on rats showing an increase in LH after administration, etc. I only found two reported users on steroid forums, and both seemed like unstable individuals. Neither posted blood work. If...

    Erectile Dysfunction Problems

When you masturbate do you have issues? If not then it could be related to anxiety. Particularly if you’ve had lots of previous negative sexual encounters. Sometimes anxiety comes from remembering bad experiences and fearing the same. If it could be anxiety then you could try anti-anxiety...
