Pituitary restart while on TRT: promising initial results with GnRH plus enclomiphene

I apologize if you covered this earlier in the thread. But why Enanthate as opposed to cypionate?

Does anyone use a sleep tracker?

OK. Thank you for that vote of confidence. I will probably use them next go around. After I cancelled my order w/ Buy-Pharma I created another one with Alldaychemist. ADC is clumsier, because you cannot use a credit card. I had to get a money order and snail mail it to them in California...

Does anyone use a sleep tracker?

BTW, is the Indian pharma you used still online and available? I just submitted an order to www.buy-pharma.md/ using a one time credit card. After the order went thru I got a message from PAYOFIX.COM that they needed to talk to me about some complication w/ the order. Sounded sketchy to me...

Does anyone use a sleep tracker?

I am not a fan of the COVID vaccines for a lot of reasons, the clot factor being a big one. Some people are calling them the "clot shot". So I had wondered what your doc's impression of them would be. Doctors are having their license to practice threatened by talking down the shots. It takes...

2 questions for you: Why was your doctor interested in whether you were vaxxed? Where did you get the Ivermectin and HCQ from?

Kentucky HRT Doctor Faces Medical Board

That's a disturbing read. I didn't read the whole thing, but Kentucky is coming after this doctor who appears to be prescribing testosterone and Armor thyroid in much the same way that any TRT clinic would be doing. One specific complaint is that she prescribed Armor instead of the usual...

    Test Cream Labs Timing

I have tested both trough levels and 3 hours after application levels. It was interesting to see the peak, but I usually test at trough, first thing in the morning and before I apply the cream.

    Bad labs after diet change

Triglycerides of 168 and glucose of 120 leads me to believe that excess carbohydrates are somehow getting into your diet. Keep in mind that whole grains eventually get broken down into glucose in your body just like any other grain. There is nothing special about "whole grain". Whole grains...

Does anyone use a sleep tracker?

Wow a TSH of 20! I don't know much about Hashi's. Shall I assume that supplementing thyroid is contra-indicated? And you are going to try a low dose T regimen?

Is it safe to supplement vitamin K with higher end CBC?

Have you had your parathyroid levels checked? "In hyperparathyroidism, your parathyroid glands make and release too much parathyroid hormone. Generally, this means that the calcium level in your blood becomes too high. Parathyroid hormone has a number of effects in your body: It causes bone...

Staying in love with your partner.

It's probably both. I long for my wife and need to feel like she loves me too. That motivates me to do things that would encourage her love. And by a happy coincidence, she feels the same and does things for me that encourage my love. You might say we are both being selfish, but if we are...

    Pretty annoyed - refills

This is what I do. My doctor writes about 1.5x the actual dosage in his records for me. So by the time I get notified that it is time to refill, I have plenty of time to get it done. If my doctor was not amenable to this, I would probably go the underground lab route. Or find another...

Does anyone use a sleep tracker?

I have used various Garmin wrist fitness watches since 2014. The sleep tracker is pretty accurate for me, in that the quality of sleep readings I get on the watch track how I feel pretty accurately. I am currently using the Garmin Venu SQ

Trying TRT again, everything perfect on cream except libido

Have you messed around with different dosages? @sh1973 just discovered that he needs an ultralow dose of 52mg-60mg/week after years of trial and error. This is a dose that almost no one would initially recommend, yet it works great for him. I can also vouch for trying all sorts of different...

    Testosterone Cream - Bad Experiences?

Sometimes that's all you can do. Just let them pontificate. To be fair, I did find that on cream alone, I didn't do as well. Not horrible. But not optimal either. Adding a small baseload of cypionate evened me out and I end up feeling good on the combo.

The Use of Anabolic-Androgenic Steroids & Associated Drugs

    Consistent ED & Low Libido

You have already tried all kinds of different dosing. If you didn't try changing the frequency of injects, then that is a good avenue to pursue. Some men have reported doing better on one testosterone ester than another. If you are on enanthate, I would try going to cypionate. I know it...

    Testosterone Cream - Bad Experiences?

My experience: I use a combination of cream and test cypionate injections. On cream alone I was pretty good, but did notice some peaks and valleys. Adding the low dose cypionate in helped even that out and provides me a much better experience than cream or cypionate alone.

The Use of Anabolic-Androgenic Steroids & Associated Drugs

So AAS use is super dangerous huh. But somehow 18 year olds (whose endocrine systems are not even fully mature) wanting to use steroids in transition from female to male is not a problem? AAS users going to the gym to look better is a big problem, but legalizing marijuana is not? There are...

The stuff I use has MSM in the glucosamine and chondroitin. But it probably doesn't give me as much MSM as the single ingredient MSM. You've got me wondering if all I need is the MSM.

When is cancer not a cancer? The prostate cancer debate.

Your approach is probably what I would do as well. No way in hell I'm going to let them take my prostate out. That would almost certainly kill my sex life. My friend's dad had his taken out due to prostate cancer. Now he cannot get an erection and has to wear adult diapers due to incontinence.

Keto diet could be the secret to living longer, according to new research

I'm sorry, but just look at the most prominent vegan doctors. Gregor, McDougal et al. These pencil necks look like they are one fall away from breaking in two. Studies show that muscle mass is a huge benefit to a functional long life. And those "doctors" don't have much muscle. Maybe they...
