    Estradiol opinion!!!!

Yes, it certainly is. It's fine. It seems like you don't know what you're doing with these questions, which makes me wonder if you have any business running the cycle you're on.

DHT Cream Plus Testosterone Propionate = Major Libido Boost

Over a 15 year period, your skin would naturally be expected to look much older. I don't know how you would be able to accurately attribute skin aging to high DHT, unless you had a twin who kept his DHT low. Even then, maybe you had more sun exposure than your twin, drank more alcohol, etc.

    When To Take An AI?

Ok, you do have elevated E2 to match your symptoms, although it is not terribly high. I would not take the AI at that level. The easiest thing to try is switch from SC to IM injection. This is not certain to lower your E2, but in many people it will. Try the delts and ventroglutes - these are...

    When To Take An AI?

Go straight to lab, do not pass go, do not collect $200. Then come back and we'll chat. You're doing multiple things that can ramp up E2, between the hCG and the subq injections, but let's see the results of your bloodwork before you change anything.

Has anyone successfully kept Hematocrit/Hemoglobin low without donating?

ARBs and ACEs are a good option if you are also trying to optimize your blood pressure (ARBs would be my preference for less sides and greater benefits): https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/14965314/ Several clinical and experimental observations suggest that an intact and activated...

Difference between daily IM vs daily SubQ?

A couple of graphs from the TU pharmacokinetic study jump out at me. What occurs to me looking at the first one: there may be people out there actually absorbing SC better than IM, such that it cancels out noticeable differences when comparing average levels between larger groups of IM and SC...

Difference between daily IM vs daily SubQ?

The anecdotes are trough measurements. The trough is supposed to be higher with SC than with IM injection. When the trough is instead lower, not by a little bit, but by 25%, 40%, 50%, you don't need to see the complete area under the curve to determine that the SC injection delivered less...

Difference between daily IM vs daily SubQ?

Previously on this forum, I provided evidence that the esterases to remove esters from testosterone are present throughout the body, including interstitial fluid in fat tissue, which I felt was a plausible explanation for the reduced T/E2 ratios sometimes observed with SC injections. I also...

Difference between daily IM vs daily SubQ?

AI to the rescue with plausible mechanisms: Yes, delivering drugs into the lymphatic system via subcutaneous (SC) injections can lead to differences in drug absorption and bioavailability compared to intramuscular (IM) injections. These differences might result in a reduced amount of the active...

Test P improved TRT, libido still at 0 – what next?

Ignore the labs then and make protocol adjustments based on how you feel. That's what we all end up doing anyway - the numbers are only there to satisfy our curiosity.

Test P improved TRT, libido still at 0 – what next?

Ok. You have some crazy inexplicable labs then, which look like your testosterone has roughly a 6 hour half-life, which should be impossible for test prop injected SC in thick sesame oil (I would expect closer to 24 hr half-life in this scenario).

    Severe Muscle Pain from Crestor?

Geranylgeraniol appears to be more effective than Coq10 for statin associated muscle sides and may restore coq10 synthesis: Research suggests that geranylgeraniol (GGOH), a precursor of geranylgeranyl pyrophosphate (GGPP), can effectively mitigate statin-induced muscle side effects by...

    Selegeline and Life Insurance

This is why I buy most prescription drugs from India. I don't want the conditions associated with drugs I'm using or experimenting with to be tied to me in the future.

When testosterone isn't enough - major fatigue and brain fog.

I'll take a crack at this one. 13% of American adults are taking an antidepressant, or roughly 1 in 8 people. YES, they are overprescribed, especially considering they worsen long-term outcomes and increase vulnerability to future episodes of depression: The Case Against Antidepressants

My HPTA recovery log: I have reversed my type 2 diabetes (SHBG 31/glucose 80) and may have never had hypogonadism!!

This reinforces the point I've been trying to make, with the gradual 8 month decline of health and return of symptoms. I know you're excited about how things are going currently, and I'm sure the cleaned-up lifestyle is making and will continue to make a positive difference. However, if your...

My HPTA recovery log: I have reversed my type 2 diabetes (SHBG 31/glucose 80) and may have never had hypogonadism!!

In trying to investigate this question, I found the following study that focuses on older men age 40-79. They found a threshold level of 7.79 ng/dL free T below which sexual symptoms including loss of libido, loss of morning erections, sexual dysfunction became more frequent. They note that...

My HPTA recovery log: I have reversed my type 2 diabetes (SHBG 31/glucose 80) and may have never had hypogonadism!!

The age-related declines only indicate that hypogonadism becomes more and more common with age, as people accumulate chronic illnesses,, obesity, etc. There's no evidence the need for testosterone declines with age though. For our purposes, we shouldn't really be paying any attention to the...

My HPTA recovery log: I have reversed my type 2 diabetes (SHBG 31/glucose 80) and may have never had hypogonadism!!

I would be interested as well to see if any recovery of HPTA has occurred. If not, my point stands: you can get away with short periods of severe hypogonadism without much issue. If you spend six months at that level, now the way you look and feel will be matched up with those labs.

My HPTA recovery log: I have reversed my type 2 diabetes (SHBG 31/glucose 80) and may have never had hypogonadism!!

My HPTA recovery log: I have reversed my type 2 diabetes (SHBG 31/glucose 80) and may have never had hypogonadism!!

I recently spent a week with a total T of 92 ng/dL and free T of 1 ng/dL (that's right, 1) during a failed experiment with application of test cream to the tops of my feet. I felt fine and was completely shocked at the number. That timeline of onset for testosterone benefits operates in...

Test P improved TRT, libido still at 0 – what next?

That would make intuitive sense, but the presence of sufficient or even excessive DHT doesn't seem to down regulate 5-alpha reductase. In at least some tissues, there is a feed-forward mechanism where DHT actually increases the expression of 5-alpha reductase.

Testosterone Propionate - Still Compounded In Dallas

Given the prices for reputable, jano-tested testosterone propionate from UGL sources, the discontinuation of compounded prop might be one of the best things to ever happen to your finances. I'm talking about $38 for a kit... that's TEN vials.

If DHT was going to have any effect on your total testosterone, it would be a reduction, by reducing SHBG.

    Should I try Testosterone

A couple things no one has mentioned yet: He wants to try cream, which among all TRT modalities is most strongly associated with improved libido and erectile function. Supraphysiologic DHT is certainly a factor here and perhaps also the shorter half-life and less HPTA suppression. I think it...

Difference between daily IM vs daily SubQ?
